Being a composer user for a year
What do you like best about the product?
composer system is easy to use, alot of video tutorials available online, and with a very friendly fee
What do you dislike about the product?
none really, just using it for a while now

creating docs files with salesforce records

Very user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
The usability from End user and the easyness in the integration with crm and other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a few possibility to introduce customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The composer reduce the number of custom integration and allows real time document generation ( already integrated with conga sign)
The best way to make quotes look great

The templates are easy to modify and upload

There's no phone support available. I wish I could talk to a person when I have issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Formatting our proposals and bringing in a variety of complex information used to take a long time. Now, it's all templated and quick to make a multi-page proposal.
Good Experience With Conga Composer
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to generate pie charts is something I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Watermarks are applied to a certain extent only in excel templates. However there are workarounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It generates documents containing detailed information gathered from quote, quote lines and products. There are scenarios where we pulled our install base into the templete.
The Conga platform is a great symbiotic tool to use in conjunction with Accounting software.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send documents for invocing and remittances quickly and easily from transactions in the accounting software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations for customisation and sometimes there can be issues, but the Conga Support Team is always on hand to help with these

Conga is a great solution to the generation of documentation to support Accounting transactions, allowing for accurate record keeping.
Good, but the interface is a bit antiquated

Being able to create a conditional template for order forms

Salesforce-based interface, while convenient, is difficult to work with

Creating Order Forms with conditional logic so they can address various scenarios with one template
Great Tool For Customer Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Conga compser is that is easy to use and configure. and that you have all you need to learn in the conga university. The implementation is very straiht forward. And you have a very helpful customer support for any kind of questions. Integration with salesfoce is out of the box just a click and is all installed and integrated
What do you dislike about the product?
is not mearly a dislike, but is one of the issues we had in our organization was that, wee need to have a minumun of 10 licencase and that was a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the time in wich a quote and proposal where prepared, was reduced to instead of hours or even days to minutes and just by the click of a button
I've used it before and it is a great tool that interacts with SalesForce

Once it is set up and working correctly you can speed through your daily activities quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up Composer within SalesForce and then utilizing it within the platform is not very intuitive. In addition, there is little to no training specific to SalesForce use unless you want to pay a lot of money. I wish they had recordings.

Creating reports from SalesForce data that our members need in order to accomplish our daily activities.

What do you like best about the product?
We migrated over after using docusign and have loved the features that Conga provides. Scheduling reminders and using Conga within our Salesforce configuration work so well together. All of our employees are able to easily use Conga for all of our contract needs. We send probably 20+ agreements a week using Conga and it works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our Conga sign emails have had issues getting stuck in people's spam folders
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High frequency documentation generation
Cannot get a hold of anyone to get our product fixed
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer has a multitude of solutions and can do nearly everything we need to it do. We cannot get ahold of anyone to help us get from point A to point B however.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a company we found it near impossible to get the resources we need to make the tool do what we need it to do. We have been waiting for over 6 weeks to hear back on a simple IT ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a simple export and we can't get it to work correctly. So as it stands right now, we are not getting much benefit.
