it ensure our documents are error free and formated correctly every time overall it is a powerful tool that simplifies document generation, it enhances efficiency and helps with business growth.

Making the documents precise with templates can be very tricky and can take more time.

it helps in creating documents which are devoid of errors and helps in document pass through our auditing process.

creating temaplate is bit tricky and hard for us. it took sometime for us to learn it.

it has been a essential and a very usefull tool for our document generation process within salesforce . it provides a high level of customisation and ability to integrate it with other systems.

it sometimes has downtime which cause unnecessary hassels

The default document generation on the platform is limited and with composer we can customise it according to our needs and it generates documents effortlessly
Composer capabilities are awesome with helpful resources to help implement and use

not a dislike, but there is a limit to controlling format/aesthetic. Would be neat to have further customization.

Conga's Composer: A product for your dynamic Templates.
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is one of the easiest Dynamic pdf generating platform. It has the capability to get the data from Salesforce as well as External data sources. The accuracy & the elegance of the Product is so good that no other product can match its excellence.
What do you dislike about the product?
While integrating with external data sources the Authentication types are very limited. It does not support oAuth at all while most of the external APIs are authenticated with oAuth. Also each external data source it to convertad into an "oData.svc" formatted API by Mulesoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer is currently solving our one of the biggest problem which is to generate the pdf with the External Data without even storing it into the Salesforce Environment.
