Save time on managing rules and custom management
What do you like best about the product?
When we moved from using our former email security we were up over 2000 rules in O365 to stop phishing and malware. Where the rules were extensive we were spending hours a day managing the email was was captured to determin if it was a valid email or not. With every week something new came out and we had to find a way to block it. With Barracuda the hours we spend each day evaporated and we can now manage our email environment in about 30 total minutes per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only real cause for concern is if your business is travel based as the account takeover alerts will be slightly overwhelming. We had to add some geo location tools where we would not get alerted unless the user logged into the account from multiple areas of the country on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ROI on the time spent to secure the email coming in and out of the organization. Not only does it allow us to use the time for other projects, but the reports give us a good overview of our current risk level and with that we can make additional changes to harden against any new threats.

Impersonation Protection that just works
What do you like best about the product?
It is always working and blocking potentially malicious emails. Instead of relying on our users to be trainined to avoid emails that are often dificult to determine are impersonating someone else; this system identifies the emails and deletes them before they even get to the users email. I have only seen 1 false positive in the past six months out of the ten to twenty emails that are blocked daily. TAhat one false positive was easy to resolve and allow through on the next pass.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not so much a dislike of the system but of the volume of impersonated emails being blocked every day. I continue to review these to insure they are really impersonators.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We train our users to be vigilant regrding spoofed emails and impersonators but this continues to get more and more complex. Bad actors are using other character sets and a variety of methods to get past the casual observer with look alike email addresses. Have a systematic approach reduces the potential for these emails to get through to our users for a negative result.

They tell you what the DNS records should be and update daily on low and high volume senders of your domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it updated more than once per day.

Protects company Emails from threats
What do you like best about the product?
This software reads through emails and learns how individuals write and determines if things are different if they are compromised. It has helped us quite a bit as far as email threats are concerned. It runs in the background, so it is not obstructive.
What do you dislike about the product?
When downloading a file from email, it takes time to scan it for threats which is great. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes quite a long time to scan the file. Which needs to be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda is still the originator and industry leader in anti-spearphisphing. Poc was much better and implementation seemed to be smoother. I like it for the service it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this product because it just works. You don't have to think about it. It has done thousands of emails, and we have only had two that we have had to pull back as false positives. They have got better reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price it is a little expensive. But you get what you pay for. More tuning options would be excellent but not necessary.

Threatening emails of all sorts it pulls them from the inbox.
The perfect add-on for your antispam solution
What do you like best about the product?
You set it up and it starts getting smarter and smarter in finding unwanted email.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are still some flaws, especially in the account takeover process. (false positives)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some mails can not be stopped by a standard spamfilter. Sentinel finds those and eliminates them.
One of the best tool for prevention of Email Spam
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses multiple Barracuda products and the thing that we like the most is their amazing customer service. As for Barracuda Sentinel, its spam protection is top-notch and it has never miscategorised any email so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings can be a bit confusing at times and I feel that there are just way too many options which are good for customization but also makes it easy for the user to bungle something up and ruin his inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed some very good spam protection software reason being that the email id of most people in my department is forward-facing and is given out at multiple places making us a lot more susceptible to junkware.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, integrates well with other Barracuda Email Security solutions, helps identify phishing/spear-phishing emails and can remove them from user inboxes prior to them opening the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and visibility could be enhanced to show more insights and detailed metrics on email flows, types of attacks, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing email security incidents, by reducing phishing and spear-phishing emails and having an extra layer of AI protection.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Email security provides us with real-time AI-based email protection which is very helpful for keeping our data safe and secure. Impersonation Protection is the beauty of Barracuda Sentinel which provide a separate dashboard for real-Time Phishing Protection,Account Takeover Protection and Domain Fraud Protection etc.

Impersonation Protection (Sentinel) works extremely well.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement and start protecting your system. Spear phishing attacks are automatically deleted. We've never has a false positive. Dmarc is easy to implement and starts in learning mode so you have zero distruption.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product works best only if you also license it together with incident Response.
