Brilliant to see something which helps to protect from Phishing / Fraud alerts
What do you like best about the product?
I come up with this tool first time which has brilliant AI built technology. It understands the algoristhm and help to protect the user from fraud / phishing emails.
In every organisation there is some fraud come-up with this and this is brilliant technology which fight against it and protect the users from the fruads so that they dont get into the trap.
We had seen the number of features it has. Also its AI technology make this usniue.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have never seen such type of product earlier. So this was the first time experience for me. When I got to know that there is some technology or tool which helps us from phishing email, I got too excited!!
The support it provides, it is tremendous to see. They try to solve all the queries whichever raised by customer and make it smooth for the users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We faced with lot of phishing / fraud emails in our organisation which yields into big transaction of money. It leads to trap the employees, where they transfer the money by thinking that it was asked by their manager, seniors, directors, ceos, etc.
Sometimes, same emails comes as a project where employee thinks that it would be great if they act on it. But it is like a trap for them. Its AI technology is madeup like that, which understand its domain, IP, etc and understand that it is not the true email. This helps the employees or organisation to get into the trap and solve the biggest problem related to high transactions of money, involvement of fake works / projects and time management.

Product just works. I don't have to worry about it
What do you like best about the product?
Imersonation Protection just works. Once setup, which was fairly easy since I already had other Barracuda products setup, it started detecting potential fraud attempts. It gives you a confidence level for likelihood of spam and details what kind of attack type is used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only stores the last 30 days of attacks. I'd like to be able to go back further in the event someone was compromised to track the initial breach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stops spam and impersonation messages from even reaching the mailboxes of my users.

What do you like best about the product?
A security gateway which helps to protect against email threats and virus filtering.
It is easy to use and implement in any workspace which enables data loss prevention.
The advanced security feature of spam filtering and encryption plays an important role.
The customer support is really good with quick solutions.

What do you dislike about the product?
A good email protection software but still needs more modernization and improvement.
Also for doing bulk actions multiple select doesn't allowing which is one of the big disadvantage.
Little complicate to integrate the software while setting up.
The frequency of use is more in our organisation so it will be good if the above things will be improved.

It is very helpful for keeping safe from targeted phishing attacks,unwanted spam,malware and fradulent contents.
Barracuda is frequently updating and adding new security features which adds a great benefit.
Also serves as a good search tool for old emails.

What do you like best about the product?
This impersonation protection is a good solution. It does a descent job in detecting malicious email sent amd makes easy to remove it from the mailbox and block the sender from sending it again. It is avaluable tool for protecting sensitive information and preventing financial losses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it is a good solution. Every tool or software available in the market has some or the other shortcoming. This tool also has a few but that is manageble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Impersonation Protection prevents emails and mailboxes from getting compromised from phishing attacks and other types of cyber frauds. Such attacks can be very damaging for the organization financially and socially. Therefore having a solution like Barracuda Impersonation Protection is very essential.

Reliable, clever M365 protection from account takeovers, UX management could do with an overhaul
What do you like best about the product?
I think the simplicity of it when its in place, it runs seamlessy behind the scenes linked by a global admin M365 account. There's no MX records to change or any other intrusive settings to edit, its pretty much plug and play. Alerts are also very clear and the steps to secure accounts are guided so any tech can use them. Reports sent monthly are a great feature and most clients love them, it makes auditing much easier and product renewal almost guaranteed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual process of how Impersonation Protection is deployed is that downfall, especially from an MSP point of view. The initial setup is done by the legacy Echo platform which looks like it's still in 1998. Once you get to the main platform however, its much better but still lots of things in the wrong place so it make navigating a bit frustrating. If you could improve the whole backend UX that would really make it a perfect product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
M365 on its is brilliant but the built in Anti-spam features are quite basic, unless you subscribe to the more expensive Defender solution you have a basic operation of anti-spam. Impersonation Protection uses AI to really crack down on unusual activity and foreign rules setup by an intruder/attacker. It's a great service and most clients want it because its cheaper than Microsoft's premium solution.

It helps ensure business emails are protected against new threats like: phishing, spam, fraud and online thieves etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing should be studied further and if possible adjusted in a manner that would be suitable with the majority of professional and business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It relieves me of my worries for all my important or confidential emails relating to online use. It helps boosts confidence and confidenciality in the business and professional environment.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard and color coding the threats based on relevance. I did like the short snippets about what category the attacks fall under.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports aren't visually appealing. I would prefer to be able to create reports that I need specific details on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve the spam emails that user get. We have found that Barracuda is able to detect them and delete them. This leads to user being more productive and protected.
