What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the alerts sent by e-mail do not have enough information to understand the problem, it is necessary to access the web tool to obtain more information.

Trend Micro Vision One (XDR) is solving the problem of having a better Incident Response Cycle. We are able to accurately measure what incident is having a higher priority and wether the malicious files are quarantined or not.

Endpoint security and DLP for laptops, pc and mobile phone. Benefits us by alerting us on attacks to easily prevent threat from entering our network.

What I like the most about this product is its complete visibility of the threat history. How it entered and how it migrated.

The only thing I believe that needs to be improved in this product is the implementation side. It would be better if we could do the implementation easily.

Threat detection and prevents majority of attacks

Nothing really. It provides security as needed.

Since we are working from home, and most of our tasks are done online, our data is being protected by the antivirus

one platform, provide the best correlation from all TM products and third party products. Among thousands of alerts, few are receiving and to be considered as false positives.

humm, well from my perspective there is no such things that i dislike. like currently i opened several requests for improvement like having the capability to choose which OU of Active Directory to sync with V1 because we are getting all items from AD and thus making the Risk score high.

Trend Micro Vision one is helping me as Adminsitrator to work on Admin stuffs. SOC team are now capable to see the execution profile of any incident. Executive board members are now able to see the Risk Score and push for improvement on high level. all of us are using one single platform.
