Pure, simple, and fully functional without any external plugins
What do you like best about the product?
The structure of the database, the holistic functionality of the CMS without the need of any external plugin.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is lacking hard. Some things for the developer are very hard because there are a lot of unexplained or unnecessary steps to be made. It is highly needed from someone to make a tool for headstarting a component etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has build in the multilanguage capability and the ACL (Access Control List) where you can give or take privilages of the CMS to the users and user groups. That being said. All the third party plugins implement the default functionality so there are no missanderstandings and things that sometimes dont work (as it happens to Wordpress).

What do you like best about the product?
If you want to build, dev and deploy efficient e-commerce websites and applications then joomla is for you. Built using MVC architecture, easy to customize components if you are good with PHP & MySQL . It has a strong dev community for any problem that you may need help with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's scalable platform to build CMS and e-commerce sites but interface to customize templates and extensions can get complicated .if you are new to PHP and MVC architecture. Simple CMS sites can do without joomla as it could be way too complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deployed toy e-commerce site using this platform. Easy to implement template and extension based on the client's requirements. Also have multiple language support.
From my point of view the best of the best management content system freeware available
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Joomla for around 16 years, and it is the most comprehensive and scalable solution for content management (CMS).
First, I used it for my business, and in a couple of weeks, I managed to create an entire business site of the best quality using almost free components. I only paid for the template and SEF component for marketing
Then a few years later, I made my own Live Chat component, which was on the market for almost 10 years. The Joomla marketplace for extension was terrific, and people worldwide got my extension free of charge.

What do you dislike about the product?
From my developer point of view, I dislike how fastest they change the Joomla API, they change everything very fast, and most of the time, the components need to be updated to this new version and this implied to build almost from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joomla allowed me to create an enterprise website in a short time with a small budget. The best thing was the simple way to make the site; I wasn't an expert on website building and was simple to make one.
A strong website CMS but you have to know what you're doing
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility. A variety of plugins work smoothly with Joomla, most of which are open source.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be tricky if you're using an older version of the system. Updating can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joomla let me manage my websites while working at a couple marketing agencies with robust configuration and specifications. Being able to edit CSS in the platform was a plus.
Simple. Easy. Versatile. And Free!
What do you like best about the product?
Support Articles are in great abundance and so are Joomla extensions that act as site plug-ins to spruce up sites! In no time, a customized and functionally effective site can up and forward facing to meet specific needs. Also, I enjoy the streamlined editor that doesn't require coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's the trade-off that comes with an open source (free) CMS like; that is a dedicated support team is not in your corner like other paid options. Also, navigating Joomla is less than ideal at times and overall, it is quite a clunky platform on the back end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy changes can be made when needed. Seems to help with SEO presence and business analytics as well. Integrates well with complementing third party platforms.
