Email Defence Gateway is a mature product, that has a lot of features, but the interface is aging.
What do you like best about the product?
Provides a lot of features that are needed at the email gateway, reasonably priced, easy to setup and integrate with Office365 etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aging interface needs updating, some features in relation to user management are difficult and cannot be done in bulk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing phishing, scamming, spam eamils.

Enchanced Email Overwatch
What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda does a great job using A.I initiatives to protect our organization from harmful emails and blocking garbage mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited options to select from the message log dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping harmful emails from coming into our mailboxes
Barracuda's Incident Reponse is a Must Have
What do you like best about the product?
After Barracuda's Email Gateway Defense and Impersonation Protection, Incident Response is a critical addition to you Cybersecurity tier of protection. It is with this that you can remediate (pull email out of mailboxes), investigate (see where it went, did anyone interact with it) and follow-up. An incredible tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Barracuda is awesome. There is not much to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incident Response is very seemless and easy to us, which is good becuase often we are remediting an incident and a timely response is critical.
A godsend for GDPR compliance in SharePoint and OneDrive.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for specific data types accross your entire SharePoint/OneDrive estate. You can see the file containingthe data including the contents with the specifica data redacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy in increasing, but it does return a few false positives. You need to have time to review and remediate the findings, especially if you have a large user base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often as a n admin you have no idea what is being stored in the cloud. Data Inspector allows you to find and deal with GDPR breaches. It uses OCR to inspect non text documents such as JPG or PDF. People like to scan their drivers licenses or passports for (sometimes) work specific reasone but then store it on OneDrive for convenience. This will find those scans and report them. You can click onto the report and see the scan with the passport number redacted. It does the same with passwords, credit cared numbers, bank account numbers and more.

Its nice to be able to monitor and block informing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
When added emails to sender policies to block or exempt there are two differeent areas to add it.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like is the rapid threat removal functionality in those unfortunate situations where a malicious email does slip through and reaches users inboxes we can quickly delete it before any damage is done this helps us contain the scope of the incident and prevent it from spreading further across the organization
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way i can not contact their customer service easily on their platform is a little frustrating

Barracuda incident response has become an indispensable part of our email security strategy it's helped us overcome limitations of our primary defenses streamline our incident response workflows and ensure we can quickly effectively mitigate email-based threats that manage to slip through
Barracuda Impersonation Protection Works
What do you like best about the product?
The automated protections Barracuda uses with Office365 can remove harmful emails and inform end usrs of its actions. I can customize the notification so end users can contact our technical department if questions arrise. The service was easy to intigrate with Exchange Online. I am reviewing this service several time a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation is clucnky. When I triger an investigation, If i dont have a sample of an email for an account takeover, because no emails where sent, I can not proced with reseting passwords on the account or check if new mailbox rules have been added. I think i should be able to clean up an account before emails are sent, not after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda is the first line of defense for our organization. Using this product brings an enormous amount of insight into our email traffic and potential security issues.
A solid email protection system
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, you get all the information about threats and why the email was blocked/allowed. Their campus is very good for searching information also if any questions arrise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a bit lacklustre and could use a face lift.

What do you like best about the product?
Barracuda Email Threat Scanner does what we need it to do. In toay's world it helpos elimate all those unwanted emails and helps stop our employees from opening the wrong ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything we don't like about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to get alot of spam and unsafe emails and that has helped remove thos and notify me of any that have been sent.

What do you like best about the product?
API integration with M365; Blocks phishing attacks; Easily deploy DMARC records supplied by Barracuda; Function for Awareness training for end-users with simulated attacks carried out by IT admin; Incident response provides the capability to remove malicious mail from multiple inboxes with one click; Easy to use; Detailed Reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating an incident reposne, there is no function to add boleen operators like "and" "or" in the subject line filter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stops Phishing attacks by automatic remedial or forrwards messages to the users junk folder. It scrutinises emails for url's from known malicious sites and also AI integration
