easy to use and a more efficient version than its predecessors.

configuration requirement is high and utilise more RAM

Easy to use command-line tools with fast performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility to more packages and features which needs to be improve in RHEL8
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used MYSQL 8 with RHEL 7 for one of the automation projects which included tools like Ansible too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest you go for it from the Administrator's perspective and faster performance with various easy-to-use tools.

What do you like best about the product?
RHEL 7 version is more efficient rather than old RHEL 6 version.
MySQL 8 version easy to configure and run operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
As another DB application like mariadb and mongodb have less congratulations as compared to MYSQL8.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RHEL7 Includes all required packages and library files whichever required for MySQL 8 installation.

What do you like best about the product?
Mysql 8 increases the overall stability of mysql as it stores a meta data into the DB. This is proven transactional storage engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
RAM required for cache and systems variables is too high which can make it a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This can be used for large data migration and can be used for large- scale applications.
