The user interface is intuitive and easy to use. Customer support is very responsive. Setting up backup processes and restoring is simple and works well. Overall our a valuable product that has simplified our DevOps processes.

Clumio is a product that is really easy to onboard and start using in your AWS environment.
They fill a niche in s3 backups that is hard to find with other competitors.
They also have a great support team!

We've been a Clumio customer for several years now and our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Implementation was expedient and support has been superb ever since. Support is proactive and accurate; often notifying us of and resolving issues before we're even aware of them. From support to account/relationship management, every single interaction has been treated both professionally and as a priority.

Initially, we had a very specific use-case but Clumio has continued to develop their solution offerings and, as such, the value their solutions provide to my enterprise has continued to increase. From a regulatory compliance perspective, Clumio meets and exceeds all our requirements. Clumio has just been a perfect fit for us.

We expect to maintain our partnership with Clumio for the foreseeable future.

Clumio backs up a lot of our stuff. Despite being a relatively small customer, we get attention from the company when we need it - whether it be a question on how we're being billed or requesting new features, Clumio will hear you out which in my opinion is very important.
