Best experience with newrelic
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly I like Newrelic Alerts and AI and Dashboard visualization, and NRQL it's easy to understand query the data and fully satisfied with interface of newrelic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes hard to understand the integration process and implementation, and sometimes we are not getting the documents for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New relic gives the best feature that alerts and ai, which help us to get to know what is going on and we are constantly updated with it, and Newrelic dashboards as well help us know what's going on it.

New Relic's official documentation is not good enough. in my suggestion they have to work more on their documentation so that the consumer can get the best experience when they are going through that.

I wouldn't say I like the documentation part of the new relic, sometimes I face the issue while following the documentation for integration, and sometimes the data ingestion part also

It is a good observability tool, shows data related to the apm, browser,infrastructure.

Because of the documentation errors i have faced many problems during the integration, it also sometimes takes time to show the data.

Newrelic provides best infrastructure ,APM ,RUM and synthetic Monitoring setup in single platform.
it is very easy to integerate with other tools for monitoring purpose.
In infrastructure monitoring, we simply need to download the newrelic agent and our licence key, and our metrics data begins to appear in the newrelic portal within seconds.
workload features: it is very helpful features with the help of that we can group our services according and we can monitor it.
Dashboard visualization: we can create eye capturing ,colourful dashboard ,and by using NRQL we can customize data easily
Drop Filter rule: it is a very helpful feature.when monitoring logs for troubleshooting,we can use this rule to ingest only data that is useful to us. it reduces data ingestion cost also.

occasionally,data does not appear accurately while fetching NRQL.
sometimes newrelic portal doesnot work shows glitches.
in most time color host not showing properly, it shows us grey color rather then green,when the server in good condition.

Newrelic providing 360 degree view of our application and detecting error very accurately due to our teams MTTD and MTTR decreases. we are achiving our SLA very easily.

Great software to do performance analysis
What do you like best about the product?
I had to find culprits of internal modules taking longer in processing time, and I found anomalies while using new-relic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unsure how much extra time the new relic was taking, and there was a little less documentation for problems I faced initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributed tracing was a great feature, that I used and it helped me a lot in getting the anamolies in the system.
A must have tool for all DevOps/SysOps professionals
What do you like best about the product?
New Relic is a must have infrastructure monitoring tool that offers an unparalleled level of detail for businesses. With New Relic, users can dive deep into their infrastructure and applications, gaining valuable insights and fine-grained control. The platform's free tier is remarkably generous, providing access to essential features without compromising on functionality. The graphical user interface (GUI) is clean and intuitive, although it can be slightly overwhelming due to the wealth of information presented (it took me a while to grasp it). However, once users familiarize themselves with the interface, they can harness its power to optimize performance and streamline operations effectively. I've used it to pinpoint performance issues in our PHP code, and not only New Relic helped me out on that, but it also told me that some remote service queries were taking longer than normal. All with fancy graphics and maps!
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, the notice that the free tier is about to end can be annoying. The graphical interface is so complete that it can be overwhelming.

New Relic helps me to do source code profiling and to find SQL queries that could be optimized
Easy to set up and get going; provides useful metrics with minimal effort for teams big and small.
What do you like best about the product?
Our company is small and I need to leverage as much automation as possible. For now, we need to know that we're not overpaying for resources that we aren't using. New Relic has provided me with regular reports about our busiest days and the level of resource consumption we have. This is valuable information. As our operation scales up, I look forward to using some of the other analysis features including query monitoring / inspectin.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, there's nothing I dislike about it. If anything, it provides _too much_ information for what I need, and I wish I could tailor the reports to be more concise and focus on the issues that matter to me right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring resource allocation with our PaaS so that we don't pay for resources that too far exceed what we actually need, as well as letting me know when we need to scale up further.
