What do you like best about the product?
K2 is the best antivirus software for the security as well as threat detection product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to ignore in this platform all features are good and perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using this platform for firewall and some security purpose like web application firewall.

K2 has a really nice UI/UX with makes it easy to understand and visualize everthing that may be happening in realtime, gives great intelligence against vulnarabilities and anything malicious that may be going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has some limitations, would like to see more customization available, also a bit difficult to setup and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides an excellent WAF setup for us to help with protection and security, there is more attacks then ever on the internet so it is a necessity these days.

I like this application as it provides very good web application security and ensures workloads protection. Its easy to setup and easy to use. Which makes it user friendly.

Everything is fine but i think customer suppor can be improved much and lets make sure to keep work within SLAs

Its a best application but need some improvements on their customer support, they wont respond quickly to the raised tickets.

I most like its vulnerabilities detection abilities and then provide a right actions to perform so that system or web application become vulnerable free.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of vulnerability detection, it's very good tool. But they can add the more functionalities like asset intelligence, threat intelligence similar to other cybersecurity tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It detected the file location of the web application which can be targeted to manupulate to inject the vulnerability and it notified timely so that we quickly did the action.
