Does everything you need.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite in my experience is one of the easier and better scheduling and social media analytic tools out there. It meets all my needs, i only use it a few times a month to review out results. Customer support works well enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite's price has gone up over time, as has everything but still would prefer it to be a little cheaper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time across the board.
I dont need to individually log into all my accounts to schedule and review analytics. This is the biggest annoyance that hootsuite is solving

A solid platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite provides a stable and efficient platform to manage social media and analyse results. Being able to compare metrics across dates and channels is very useful. The UI is straightforward and the platform is easy to implement to and understand. Customer support seems responsive enough when i do use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mentioned the UI is straightforward but i think it could do with a bit more customisation, specifically with organising the data where i want it without clicking a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline and provide an overview on the social media process.
Clean interface and scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I like the content calendar. You can easily schedule out posts, drag and drop to re-schedule and edit photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have issues with disconnections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep a clean schedule and tone of message for all of our social posts.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the conveniency of having scheduled posts and being able to plan ahead.

Sometimes the glitches where posts do not get sent out on time, or when you try to add someone on Linkedin but it does work @

It is helping me keep track of analytics across platforms and over time as well as comparisons between platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
this is an amazing tool to manage my social accounts in one one place to avoid confussion, the content is well organised also which makes my work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite could have been improvised, but yet I love what it provides for content managment and campaigns.

this is a great tool for social media managment, scheduling feature is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes social media management incredibly efficient by allowing me to schedule posts across multiple platforms from a single dashboard. The ability to track analytics and monitor engagement in one place is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love more advanced analytics and reporting features, specifically on Brand Sentiment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps our social media management by allowing us to schedule posts in advance. It also improves efficiency by providing a centralised dashboard for monitoring engagement and tracking performance analytics. It also helps with team collaboration, making it easier to cooridnate content planning.
Life and business altering software
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to save time, and resources by posting to multiple platforms in one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to have boilerplates able to save for frequent posts.

I am very impressed by the ease of using Hootsuite for our business's social media accounts!

What I like the most about Hootsuite is the ability to post on all social media accounts simultaneously. I am very impressed with the way Hootsuite also displays each post on the social media accounts before actually posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with Linked In on the Hootsuite platform, so instead, I post separately. I have to tag many people in our Linked In posts, so that is something that is easier to do on the actual Linked In site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet run into problems using Hootsuitell start- -- we are a smaup and only post about twice a week.
The best basic tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the calendar and the ability to place things in it also the quick check on quality score of pages.

I don't love the analytics set up and customer support is hard to get.

Ease and clarity in using the platform, accuracy in delivering the information, and the ability to extract data with any time-range needed.
They have a professional customer support will assist you with easily finding the solutions. Able to do an implementation and CRM integration.

The analytics are not completely customized. also the technical support team not working 24/7 which is a really problem need to be review by the concerns.
