Octiv is a great sales closing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
This software allows you real-time knowledge of how your prospect is interacting with your proposal! Great insights before any close call...
What do you dislike about the product?
The proposal creation is a bit wonky....especially as we integrate with Salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Close rate percentages are still going up! Having knowledge of when your prospect is reviewing the proposal is a fantastic!

Contract Management!
What do you like best about the product?
This product is new to me, so I may not be able to judge this yet. However, being able to track contracts in an ELECTRONIC paperless way is a big selling point for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to do an upload "dump" so to speak from a CSV or Excel file. So that when you start using Novatus you don't have to go in and enter each contract you already have, one at at time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more paper files!

During the initial implementation you need to have a good plan. The team did a good job but we probably weren't ready as we could have been.

Have a good idea of what your proposal should look like before you start implementation.

-use salesforce capabilities (well proven CRM platform)
-very intuitive admin capabilities
-easy to apply a continuous improvement process (eg Kaizen) to increase customer satisfaction

-word used to modify contract/agreement so no major change vs current paper work

-the tool is good but there is still a huge change to perform for different functions in order to digitalize the contracting process
-the plug in that is required (same for other solutions) required IT support so not always easy to automate

Great app for creating good looking, consistent proposals
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; mobile interface; searchable asset library; multiple templates; PDF exports; variables inside content for customization; Tracking when someone opens the document online and being able to see how much time they spent on a page is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal for viewing a proposal as a customer should be more customizable such that you can ask for more fields when logging in (e.g. Company Name)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency across proposals. Speeding up delivery of proposals. Subject matter experts do not require as much time when contributing to a proposal and can spend more time on their core responsibilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for generating good looking proposals consistently. It's relatively easy to create a template and provide additional optional content for proposals. We have not used the contracting/signing component but anticipate doing so in the future.
If you are looking to create a customer or partner portal with multiple documents and links, this is probably not the best tool for the job.

Nothing. I can't easily customize. I can't administrate my team. The built in formatting tools don't work

Everything. If we were on standard PLIs for everything, probably wouldn't have any issues.

Alll the Conga products are complimentary to each ohter and really build to create an efficient team.

We are getting all our information in one place. Finance will have access to contract documents. Sales can see status and Legal will have all the background it needs.

Consider the services beyond the product. I"m excited about partnering with the Customer Success Team.
Tinderbox Review
What do you like best about the product?
Tinderbox doesn't have a high learning curve for beginners and if offers real time data. Definitely sets a standard to making effective presentations that leave good first impressions on the user's audience. There are outlines to start with and can include various external files for making attractive presentations. It is a great information management tool for growing businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the product only works some of the time and isn't fluid when multiple people are making edits. Also there is a huge clutter of options on the right side which takes away from some of the experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tinderbox is a great solution to making professional proposals. One of the major benefits is the consistency of the appearance and the ability to sign documents electronically.

When using Tinderbox, make sure to identify the document fields to autofill which helps with customization and data optimization.
