What do you like best about the product?
Conga CLM automates many stages of the contract lifecycle, from creation to negotiation, approval, and renewal. This reduces manual effort and speeds up the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the interface is user-friendly, new users might find the depth of features overwhelming at first. Understanding all functionalities may require a learning curve and additional training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual processes and siloed contracts can lead to missed deadlines, lost revenue, and compliance issues. Conga CLM automates and streamlines contract creation, negotiation, and approval, ensuring timely and compliant contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most powerful feature of Conga CLM is Automationa capabilities. By automation the whole contract lifecycle -from creation to renewal.
As an admin ease of use and customer support is very nice.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some users little bit worried about UI to be a bit clunky and not much user friendly. When working on larger nuumber of contracts or documents, the application sometime slow down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By automating contract creation, negotiation, execution, and renewal Conga CLM is reduces the manual processes, saving time and minimize errors.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Administrator Conga CLM is easy to work on. Aditionally the Automated capabilities significantly reduces manual work. And Customer Support team is always ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything to dislike about the conga CLM.

It helps to automate Agreement flow. Reduces most of the manual work.

Overall CLM flow. Easy and very useful product to link with Conga CPQ and Billing.

Nothing as such. Looking for more features in the product

End to end scenario for customer. Also implemented standalone CLM for customer.
Easy on-click features, used to save time.
What do you like best about the product?
They are the best in their field, they are one-click tool which saves a lot of our time, and they dont break easily even if they are used by multiple users at the same time, implementation happens quicker than usual has they have features for everything, Ive heard customer support is also great!

It could be more beginner friendly, because it takes time for a new person to learn the business process, but once they learn it is of no issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process that have many steps before, now that can be achieved in very fewer steps, which saves time at the end of the day.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many features and customization options in terms of setting up the Agreement object with Conga to generate templates. They are also consistently enhancing and adding features.

Their support team is not always aware of the features /functionality/limitations which is frustrating when dealing with support on issues.
Conga X-Author (for Word 365) is visually engaging but not easy to find functions/options within the app and often glitches in the middle of working.
Their product documentation needs work - it does not provide extensive overview on correct setup/usage steps. More involvement of Conga team when exploiting new features /enhancements on existing implementations

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation and Standardization of our agreements and templates. Our legal team has also been able to increase efficiency and turn around time for agreements.
Great tool for users who want everything to be visible in 1 screen and everything is automated!

It is been great using the CLM product in day to day processes and, easy to use tool, they have so many features in places also integrated with many other products. As far as I am aware it is easy to implement and great support.

There is nothing much, but sometimes its a little annoying to wait for the documents to get generated

Conga CLM is solving problems that are related to the agreement life cycle, the generation process, the integration process regarding the approval and signing of profucts and so on.

The main pain area is performance scalability. As the volume of contracts and associated metadata grows, system performance can occasionally lag, especially when executing bulk operations or generating extensive reports.

Conga CLM enforces governance through standardized clauses, fallback rules, and audit trails. This helps mitigate risks associated with non-compliance or unauthorized contract modifications, protecting the organization from legal exposure.
Conga CLM an efficient and smart application for Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
Seemless integration with Office 365 applications allowing approvals on the go and easy interface with on field sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga CLM has an ever changing user profile, meaning every year the license agreement is changed which causes us to review and change the internal users profile with in CLM so that we comply with the current agreement in place. This sometimes becomes a bit of hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga keeps pir confidential data secured and is user friendly for Sales team on the field. Tracking of all the contracts and relevant customer details at one place and can be updated by just mobile phones.

cWe are on track to implement the full CLM Package. We have automated the most complex agreement document we have been with CLM and It has been succesfull case.
