What do you like best about the product?
It has a very easy integration with other platforms ie salesforce and has real - time Collaboration between the clients and users
What do you dislike about the product?
It has glitches when we navigate to other platforms which the software very slow and for smaller businesses the price is quite higher
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me in creating and editing workflow easily so that I can satisfy customers need easily in the time period. I am an able to identify risk factor in a very early stage.

It is one the powerful tool for managing the workflow as it has a centralised storage and makes works easier
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not alkow user to alter the changes and it is very difficult in initial setup as i faced i many challenges which makes it harder for some of the users

It's helping me manage the process by automating the entire process and by this it has increased my work efficiency by taking less amount of time . Analytics tool provided by the platform made my work easier

It is a application were we can manage prices and quotes, and its also a great tool for management process

It is not much user friendly as it has steep learning curve and makes difficult for users to manage and it is a bit outdated

Its powerful features like Query Templates, Agreement Rules, Parallel Review, and Wizards. These tools streamline contract management, ensure compliance, and accelerate negotiation cycles. A user-friendly and efficient solution, it’s perfect for managing complex agreements with ease and precision.
Customer support is good, they are proactive and helpful when issue is raised.
Implementation and configuration is easy for Conga CLM and it is also easy to integrate with E-Sign tools such as DodcuSign and Adobe Sign.

What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I feel like there are sometimes Merge issues limitations
and Governor limit for large documents. I have also face some Query template limitations.

Performance can lag when handling a lot of contracts or really complex ones.
It can be tricky to customize the platform without external help.

The product has many unique features that assist with our daily operations, but the one I find most valuable is its ability to use the query template feature to select only the essential templates for document generation. It also offers the option to choose the document output format, which helps restrict the available formats.
Conga Clm is the best CLM and is very efficient

Conga CLM is easier to integrate with Salesforce and it is easy to use. In case of challenges they provide with good customer support and the number of features are also good which are easier to implement.
