What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and easy to use. Customer support is great. There are lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find anything dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the problem of mobility is solved by Dropbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share and control sharing easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many business partners IT systems consider cloud servers and Dropbox as a risk, so I can't share.

Sharing and controlling sharing
Very easy to use. Adds credibility to my business.

I like how easy it is to send documents of any size. It gives me reassurance that documents are being signed securely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer more free documents per month as I don't currently have budget for the paid account.

Having documents signed conveniently. I also store presentations to share for my start-up.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Dropbox is the ease of access to online file sharing.
I have a 3TB account and can just share the link to the folders.

There are no negatives to Dropbox as it's quick and easy to upload my client files.

Easy to use, as a researcher, I love that it links with overleaf and zotero, so it is quite easy to manage references.Works smoothly across devices.

Limited storage compared to other platforms like drive.

What do you like best about the product?
It's stable and easy to use. Files don't break, and resume uploading after connectivity disruptions.

The interface is outdated, would like to see more features for creative teams.

You just install it and it works.
What do you like best about the product?
You just install it and it works. The main advantage is easy installation and immediate sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it is lagging in sync. I do not use any other server solutions so I would appreciate immediate sync on all my devices. It takes up to 5 minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have a server in a dedicated server room for my team and a separate server for my backups. Now, I do not, I trust Dropbox and my Timemachine (apple)
Why I do all my work through Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox helps me stay organized between computers at work, at home and while traveling. By keeping all my important work, especially work in progress, on Dropbox, I have access to my files wherever I am working.
Another feature that I count on is the backup feature for my various computers. For those files that I don't have on Dropbox, I can always retrieve them through the backup copies. This has saved me much time and energy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Dropbox is too helpful. There are times when I want to only have local copies of things, and it puts them on Dropbox anyway. And when I am copying a file using a USB drive, or connecting my phone, it is always trying to back them up, when I don't really need to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me manage and back up my files. It also provides access to all my important work regardless of where I am working or which computer I happen to be using.
