Dropbox lets me sleep at night
What do you like best about the product?
I chose Dropbox because I wanted to be able to sleep without the fear of losing my data.
Before using Dropbox, I used to keep all my documents on my desktop computer and, from time to time, I would create backups of my folders on an external HDD. It was a time-consuming process, and often I would forget when I did my last backup. Then my computer crashed one day, and I lost everything. Luckily, I had my backups, but to my disappointment, my last backup was from two months earlier, so I lost two months of my work.
I purchased Dropbox a week later, after reviewing various offers on the market. I've had it for a year and recently renewed my subscription. I love how secure I feel now, and I didn't even realize how easy it is to work with Dropbox. I'm using the feature that allows me to see my documents as a folder in Windows Explorer, so it feels like I'm still working on my computer, which I like. Installing this feature was as easy as it is to use it. Ah, and I got the Dropbox Android app ass well on my phone.
Plus, I can access my files anywhere. I am using Dropbox daily, ansd I can access it from my home computer, from my work computer and even from my phone, which is great because I have instant access to all my files at my disposal.
And the other features, like Dropbox Paper, I'm only now discovering and starting to use, and to be honest, I don't need another word processor anymore. No more headaches. Better sleep.

I would like to have the ability to carve my own benefits for my subscription from more options. A kind of customer-specific subscription.

It is like handheld vacuum cleaner, so easz and so practical

Limited space sometimes and price for pro account

It makes transfer of bigger files so convinient. I am more productive and job goes faster without additional unnecessary tasks.
Great file sharing software
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox as a directory on my computer and keep all work files in there so can work from home or the office without needing to move files or carry a computer around with me.

Size limitations and quite a jump from free to paid tiers

I don't have to carry a laptop to work and back every day

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it very easy and convenient to share large files with team members and parties outside of your organization. This is most helpful without requiring individuals to setup an account to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally have not discovered any dislikes with Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it convenient to access shared files from any device. This makes it helpful for quickly pulling in graphics or other documents when editing on a desktop or on the go with a mobile device.
Probably the best if not the best already...
What do you like best about the product?
I am a long time user and I see it changing and improving over the years, i like the easines to move around and find what you need, the lay-out is just friendly and as well the posibility of using it in multiple locations is fantastic. Sharing files within the organization with simple links or by using same credetials is of a great help too.
As well needed to mention the easy way to set up and start saving files or the automatic way of saving them reducing chances of loosing them.

nothing i can think of, so far we have a pleasant experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always use large files which could not be sent via email while with dropbox you just need to share a link , as well, we dont have to crowd our internal storage as everything is deposited in dropbox , security of the files is very important too.

Synchronization. Dropbox is the best at syncing.

Lack of features. Dropbox stopped to develop useful features.

Mostly I feel secure that my files are safe.
Access Your Files Anwhere without Worries
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about dropbox is that all your files are synced on multiple devices. Ensuring all your files are up to date. Gone are the days of manually copying files across devices and computers. This makes life and file management so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is still expensive in my opinion, and the free account size is too small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One file synced across multiple devices and it works both offline and online. We get a centralized file online and don't worry about updating the file in each and every devices. Such a life saver. I have been using dropbox since the day in started.
Must instrument for business
What do you like best about the product?
I love most two feachures: that I can invite people to folders and that I have it on all my devices and it syncronizes automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is all to my liking, Inwould wish more stirage gratis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to constantly send files to accountant, lasyer, employees, colleagues. I just invite them to folder and it saves me a lot of time. Moreover, this way nothing gets lost.
Dropbox Saved the Day!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Dropbox in my business is being able to quickly and easily open and share videos that are too large for sharing in a regular format.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally when I choose to save a file I'm not sure exactly where it was saved. Would like to have more prompt choices on save location like "browse"

Attachment problems when files are too large.
