What do you like best about the product?
Works. Works on desktop. Works on web. Works on mobile. Offline, online.. whatever.

Nothing so far - been using it for 10ish years... still love it.

Secure access to files across multiple machines that can be shared with different people.

Decent App with few bugs
What do you like best about the product?
Good app to keep the documents online specially offer letters or lease agreements. In the times of Covid, this app helped me a lot in keeping all docs online and sharing them with people easily without sharing the hard copies with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of search functionality in this app which makes it difficult sometimes to find out the relevant documents needed on that moment. Otherwise, the app is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a student, I have a lot of online books, projects, assignments etc. I keep them all at the same platform and share them with my friends while we work on the same project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I Will surely recommend Dropbox to other people especially to students and office workers. Good platform to upload all the docs and create folders for each document. It will help in freeing up space in your mobile phones or laptops.

Eco system integration need to improve. like integration with Microsoft Office always download of files from mobile devices is not so user friendly

No any problems observed as on date.

Ask your System administrator to enroll for full version after business trial at apprx $13 per month.
My Dropbox review
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for a few years now and it hasn't ever disappointed me. It easy to use, works like how its intended, and not too buggy. I've also worked wiith the Dropbox API and didn't mave much trouble getting it to work with my services. The documentation is well written and that's always a great sign for developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike how Dropbox comes installed with Windows 10 and how it is forcing you to use it. It's pretty much bloatware, and it would be have been nice if we had a choice to install by default or just skip it entirely. People should not be forced to use software they don't enjoy using, so I never understood why products come packaged with software they won't end up using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is helping solve people work effectively in a remote setting. Especially during the age of coronavirus, people are having to spend more time working remotely and collaborating with teammates on the fly. Dropbox helps solve that.

Dropbox is a great alternative to Google Drive.

Its flexibility and how versatile their plans are. I like the fact that your files remain, even though you choose not to renew your membership.

It's allowing me to store past projects and I'm able to keep my portfolio organized

What do you like best about the product?
We use it mainly when large files need to be sent or shared with someone. It's perfect for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to find the file you are looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a publishing company and cover art design files are large. We use it to receive those files from the cover designer via DropBox sometimes and it's a great way to get all the design pieces.

Great for storing files, sharing files, sending large files to share.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick to upload and easy to share links. I often have large files to transfer and drop box makes it easier to share rather than sending a bunch of emails that conform to size requirments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a little more user friendly. Menus on both sides of the screen are a little annoying, and I wish your folders would all just display on home page, not just most recent files.

This is a great way for me to be able to share documents in this WFH environment, especially large documents and videos. It also allows me to view work files at home without having to download on my personal computer

Ease of access is what is the best part of this product. Also, use this as a connector for importing to CRM.

Sometimes they change the format and how navigation works takes a bit to get used to it

Along with file sharing, we use this as a connector to CRM as well as an archive repository for our recorded phone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share needed documents and being able to edit the documents and also being able to put the setting however you want, whether you want others to be able to edit or not or be able to access some files and not some other ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not really found anything i dislike just yet although i have had some issues in the past with editing a file but our company was able to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to solve allowing us all to be able to connect right now while covid is going on and we are not getting to meet face to face everyday .

Make sure that you give yourself time to play around with it!
