Perfect for Remote Professional Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that dropbox has a very clean and organized format. It makes Collaborating on very extensive and detailed projects much more seamless and organized. Additionally when uploading different versions of the same document it clearly shows a document history and does not clutter the folder with five different renditions of the same project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting acclimated to dropbox definitely takes a certain amount of time being able to navigate quickly through the website and learning the organization. Additionally there is a decent amount of lag time between saving on a desktop and updating on the mobile or iPad app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really appreciate that dropbox has the capability of showing different versions history of the same document within one icon rather than cluttering the folders with multiple versions and documents with their respective icons. It helps us stay organized and condensed when working on hundreds of different files within one project.

Dropbox, since everyone has to use it!
What do you like best about the product?
When it's working it's perfect. No issues with multiple machines accessing the same file sets and version control. Easy intergration with other programs and applications - Office/Excel, Slack, Outlook, Gmail, etc. Cloud sync only option is great to pick and choose what files you actively want to work on without using up local HD disk space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can we please get more bandwidth!!!! the upload/downoad speeds are still sub-par. The online-only sync options will not alert you to what files it may have removed locally from your HD. If your desktop application requires files/folders that have not been downloaded your programs will begin to error out and not work! You'll lose time waiting for them to download. STRONGLY recommend having a LAN connection available when downloading/uploading files to DB.

Great collaboration tool for my team. With Covid we are all remote and can easily share and update team members on changes and new tasks. Good logs on changes to see if any issues arrise from sharing or file updates.
Dropbox is so easy and handy
What do you like best about the product?
It provides easy sharing with my agents.
Not everyone get access to every folder.
No confusion where what document was.
If my hardware says goodbye, I still have Dropbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
Two or more cannot work on one doc at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are translating a lot for our company. This means that we need to share our folders with our agents without making it complicated. Thanks to the possibility to view and work with the standard folder system, it helps our agents not to lose the overview.
Furthermore, not every folder should be shared or visibile for everyone.
On Google Drive or Google shared documents, it happens that everyone gets access to all folders. For the agents, it is clear where they should look for their papers they need.
Not only translation work, also the handbooks and process sheets are easily shared with my agents. So, I need to say where they find what, and it is there.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
First, make yourself aware if you want people to change or to see your documents. If you're going to share them only, then upload them as Pdf; otherwise, it can happen that your employee maybe accidentally deletes something.
Cloud storage solutions for anyone and everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great program because it provides you with an ample amount of cloud-based storage for free, or you can choose one of their extremely low-cost options to get an incredible amount of storage added to what you already got with the free option. Dropbox is great because I am able to access all of my files wherever I am and whenever I need them. I have it downloaded on my work computer, personal computer, my phone, and my tablet so I can stay connected if I need to access a work file while browsing the internet in the evening or I can pull up my personal documents while I'm at work. It's fantastic and extremely reliable. Dropbox provides me with the security and privacy that I require. With Dropbox being one of the biggest names in the cloud-based storage solutions territory it's an easy choice to trust them with my documents and files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed a few random times that there have been a couple of issues with the mobile app and its bugginess, but those have been extremely rare instances and have always been fixed with swift patch releases. Aside from that, I can't say that there are any issues that I would bring up when talking about the negatives of this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has allowed me to save a ton of space on my personal computer, work computer, and mobile devices because I can utilize the cloud to store all of my documents.
Efficient and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is user-friendly and allows my team to share files easily. The desktop application helps with file management and provides some offline use, but the sync with computer files function is where dropbox truly shines! We can switch between local files and Dropbox files and never feel like we missed a beat. The integration with computer files is seamless and reads the same as local files, meaning we don't have to learn a different software for file-sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the desktop app/files function is slow to sync, causing a brief pause in file-sharing abilities. This issue does not happen often and typically resolves itself in a few moments. Overall, Dropbox is satisfactory for our team's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I can share files quickly and efficiently. We utilize other file-sharing techniques, but Dropbox is by far the easiest and most effective. We no longer have to wait for long times or use multi-step processes for file-sharing. The user-friendly design makes it so that my team does not have to learn how to use new software but instead feels as though Dropbox is simply an addition to their local files on their computer. If we had to be on a website or learn a new system, it might reduce productivity, which would be counteractive to our teams goal.
A good app for storing your data and access it from any part of the world.....

I like it because it is very helpful for me to store my data such as photos, prints, files of different formats, scans, and much more.
so I can access these files from anywhere outside my office.

What do you dislike about the product?
hmm, there is one thing that I dislike which is the limited memory space for free users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
whenever I need my files when I haven't access to my laptop or data traveling device I just open my account at google and tacking my files from it.
for example, I recently tour outside of the city, and in rush, I just forget my laptop so I became very confused and worried about the files that i needed but thank god I suddenly had an idea that I could tack it from the dropbox. so this is a problem that was solved from this app.

Exceptional and versatile hosting service
What do you like best about the product?
As a file hosting service, Dropbox is a helpful option for my education company. Its cloud storage and file synchronization is its big asset, helping our workplace to reduce time and effort when sharing documents
What do you dislike about the product?
The things I don't like about this service are related to data restoration and deletion. In general, it is not clear how the provider assesses clients' demands in a proper manner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me organize class instructors' assignments and lesson plans. I also use it as a recording platform for my students every semester. Thanks to its integration into our educational platform system, I can keep track of course due dates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My likelihood to recommend Dropbox for novice users is that It is great for organizing and labeling multiple files. However, they must consider that there are not a lot of advanced tools besides cloud synch and storage.
Dropbox Review
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that Dropbox acts as an online storage through which you can upload files to be able to access them at any time or to share them. It has a very friendly UI and it has hassle free methods to upload files and create folders. Whether you're using it on browser or on desktop, you can simply drag your file and drop to upload it. I like that I can use Dropbox on any device and this also acts as a way of copying files from one device to another. Dropbox is free to use and you get 2GB of storage without needing to sign up for a free trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox doesn't allow me to organize folders in a customized manner. By default all folders are sorted in ascending or descending order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox every day to share and receive files from colleagues while working from home. It's faster than email attachments and allows me to easily download larger files. Dropbox allows files to be shared easily either through a downloadable URL or by allowing viewing and editing access to specific users by inviting them via email. For working from home and online collaboration, Dropbox is an essential tool and helps us immensely while we work on projects. Furthermore, Dropbox allows you to create documents that multiple users can work on at a time through Dropbox Paper, which is one of the best tools offered by the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Dropbox as it's free and has no drawbacks in usage. It's by far the most secure form of online storage available.
Dropbox Personal and Business seamless use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a very easy and seamless product to use to save and share files across devices and communities. I have found that the personal dropbox size of 2GB is sufficient for every day use at home, but the Business version is the most effective. There are no bandwidth or size limitations, but it does come at a cost. If you are sharing files, I wold recommend Dropbox over google drive. The reason being is that with Google drive, you lose some of the functionality of office products like word or excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about dropbox is that when you hit your capacity limit, it's hard to find large files to delete from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am sharing documents across various software platforms (Windows, Mac, Android and Apple devices) with no issues. You can pick up where you left off on any device and anywhere in the world. I can share folders within dropbox with certain user privileges, so you have some control over it. Also, the notifications has been really helpful of when a file has been saved or changed.
Great integration and super user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox's integration within both my Mac and desktop PC computers. We use it daily in our real estate business and it is worth the annual membership. Dropbox is so easy to use and it's direct integration with both PC's and Mac computers is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is integrated on both PC and Mac so myself and my team don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a realtor, we store all of our listing photos in Dropbox so that we have quick and easy access to them across multiple platforms and locations. This has made life so much easier and transferable!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is a super user friendly platform and I like the integration that it has on both my Apple and Windows based computers.
