Great Product Now that I Know All Features!
What do you like best about the product?
I am reviewing this product because I was unaware of all of its features, and it now deserves my gratitude. Dropbox is actually user friendly, convinient, but most importantly it makes my work so much easier. I work as a paralegal in a small firm that mostly keeps electronic records. Our fim has pushed away from keeping physical files, which means that I need to scan and store everything onto the client's dropbox. The cool thing about this app is that you can link it directly to your email, and computer itself so things are save automatically in the client's file. It has really made my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the features that Dropbox has aren't so well known so unless you are looking to do something specifically, it isn't like you can know whether to link it to your email. It requires a bit of resarch to utilize all features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessibility and physical record keeping. We can store everything in clients' files and it is so convinient.

Dropbox - Excellent Source for Cloud File Sharing and Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is an excellent way for group filesharing, especially if your organization or project team doesn't use a platform such as G-Suites or Microsoft Office. I work with individuals from across the country on different projects on a Dropbox Team. Dropbox allows us to operate and work together via filesharing without inundating one another with email attachments. It's great having a centralized platform. It also has some great features such as file recovery if you accidentally delete your own file(s) or something another individual in your Team. Folder creation and sharing is simple, and the user interface is not confusing - so any individual new to the platform is typically able to understand how to use it very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have too many complaints about the platform given how I use it professionally; however, it can get expensive depending on the number of files and individuals you are working with if used with a Team. Individual licenses are required after a specific filesize and they aren't cheap. So there may be other budget-friendly options to look at depending on what your organization or team can afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aside from being able to maintain personal and business files without a risk of loss - I am using the platform to streamline team projects in terms of communicating, sharing important documents, retaining document access, etc. As a result, my organization has begun using dropbox with external business partners for this purpose.

Dropbox Love
What do you like best about the product?
I love it that you can back up your photos instantly, also I can find my shared folders very easily unlike other platforms, you get 2 GB for free. I love the managing devices section because I have multiple phones connected to the same Dropbox also I love the fact you can invite friends to earn free space, pretty cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Dropbox is the fact that I use it all the time, and I'm almost out of memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have video presentations, so when all the power went out, boy was I lucky to be able to save my presentation offline. This was a huge benefit to me because I was at a live meeting, and I was able to show our infomercial offline. The benefit is saving time and money. Thank you.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox is easy to use, and let's you securely manage, share, and access your business from anywhere. Dropbox also allows your business to be more productive.
Dropbox keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox since its infancy back in 2008 when I was running my small one man operation. Having access on the road at any time to my files was amazing then, and its an absolute necessity today. With my new company, as a Mobile Technology Consultant, it is a foundational piece of any small companies success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alot of the new integrations don't play well with mobile devices, such as Hello Sign and others. As much as I love Dropbox, be weary of the ancillery apps if you need them to be mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Dropbox for not only our regular paperwork and daily needs, but have also added the signature component and password storage capabilities for our business. Dropbox is becoming the one-stop shop for all of our SMB cloud needs
My Go To Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Dropbox is to use. The fact that it integrates into both my phone and computer files us amazing. It works so much easier than Google Drive or iCloud. And it integrates with countless other applications like website backups, which as a web developer I use all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can't think of any real downsides. I wish that you got more storage for free, of course. Otherwise, it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can save files or create on the go with my phone, save it to Dropbox and then finish my project on the computer. Also love the benefit of backing up websites to Dropbox, which works amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend using Dropbox. Especially if you ever have to work across Apple and Android/PC devices, this is the best solution.
A Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the portability of Dropbox and how it allows me to always have access to my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not love about Dropbox is sending a file to someone via their app. That functionality could be better, but you can do it, and once you get on a laptop you are gold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to work as remotely as possible. I always have access to files and information and never feel like I have to keep a client waiting for me to get access to information. Plus, if I were ever to have an issue with my laptop, I can get access to my info from just about any device.
A solution for all your Word and PDF documents
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to sync across all your devices once you install the app. I do not have to worry about uploading or dragging files into the folder, as I already have them there. When I edit a document, it saves all across my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no real-time editing of documents. I once was working on a document and my boss started to edit it from his end and the system created a "conflicted" copy with the changes my boss had made. But, I am guessing this would be too much to ask from Dropbox? I think they came up with some online syncing, Google Drive style, but not sure as I have have not tried it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing documents with my peers and boss for them to view and check. Also, I have access to all my documents on any device and even on the web on any computer in the world. It is super practical! Before Google photos allowed syncing of photos, I would use it to bring photos taken with my phone into my computer.
My school is now requiring me to share Google Slideshow links in Dropbox. I simply have to drag the URL into my Finder on the correct Dropbox folder and it's done (I tried dragging the URL to my DB folder on Windows and it did not work).

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely download it to your computer and simply save your files and folders right there. Don't go buying a computer with loads of internal memory when you can save them in Dropbox's servers.
A great tool to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to share files with colleagues and 3rd parties with Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy to collaborate on documents and it makes it easier to work together to achieve business objectives.
Dropbox is a decent solution for file collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is a centralized location for different users to upload all their files. I like how it has a large capacity for how much you can store.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were better integrated with other programs like Microsoft or Google. Like I wish I could access the information more easily on software like Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. I think this would make it much better. Also, I think Google Drive has more storage (15GB vs 2GB) for the free, basic user plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of being able to access file across different devices. Dropbox enables me to access files no matter where I am, and also for people to collaborate on this file.
Makes sharing an ease!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy this service is to use! You can easily share files with anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you got more storage with the free account because I had to purchase a paid version pretty quickly. I wish they would automatically send me my receipt every month so I didn't have to login every time but that isn't a big issue. I do not like that dropbox isn't that intuitive. For example, when you want to upload a file vs a folder. If you accidentally choose the wrong category, it makes you start over to upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending things quickly to others - it has made it very easy to get our customers what they need quickly without adding storage to our email server.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an easy way to share files, this is a good service to get.
