The best application for storage purposes for a business!!
What do you like best about the product?
1)Offers the best protection which enables us to store data with confidence.
2)Allows us to save data from our phone or desktop as it is available for different OS.
3)Allows us to easily integrate with other applications.
4)Enables us to access remotely and share huge files in just a click.

What do you dislike about the product?
1)Doesn't work the best with mac OS.
2)Takes a bit longer to load huge files.
Other than this, I haven't found any other disadvantages to Dropbox Business.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1)I have solved a lot of problems with sharing data.
2)I can easily share content just by sending the link.
3)Comments can be added to each file so, that we can get reviews on the particular file.

Secure but inadequate
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is free to use. You can download it on desktops and mobiles and use it as a medium of sharing files conveniently. You can also use Dropbox on the web browser without needing to download anything, where you can upload files by dragging and dropping them into the window. Dropbox offers a good level of security for your files as they're all private by default unless you authorize their access to other people. You can send email invitations or share URLs for files to the people, and they'll be able to view and download them. Dropbox is an excellent medium for collaboration as it supposrts file editing and document writing with other people at the same time on the cloud. You can use Dropbox Tools, which supports all of these features and also can be used for management of workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox only offers 2GB of storage for free, which is very inadequate. When Google Drive, which is also free, offers 15GB, the 2GB provided by Dropbox feels insufficient for storing large files. It's not very convenient to always have to delete existing files on the cloud to make room for new ones. While Dropbox has many other features for collaboration, it still falls behind Google Drive, which comes with a variety of Google products that can be integrated along with other applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store some company files and some personal files of my own, which are very small in size. Dropbox has an intuitive UI, making it easier to navigate. So, for quick uploading and downloading of files or file transfers, I enjoy the smoothness that Dropbox has to offer. For cloud content collaboration, I've found Dropbox Paper to be very beneficial in allowing my team to work on documents and source codes over the web. Its security is worth noting as you fully control who can access your files, so you need not ever have to worry about data leaks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Dropbox as a tool for cloud storage and collaboration. But if your only purpose is to store files, I would say Google Drive is better as it offers more space. Both are excellent for cloud collaboration, but there are more upsides to Google Drive than Dropbox, from my professional experience.

The best about dropbox is that they provide you ample space to store your things on the cloud for free.
Cloud is the future now. We don't need to buy more storage capacity phones to carry our data.
We can store and access the data when and wherever we want. Information is entirely secure, and upload and download speeds are superb. Never feel you are downloading the items from the cloud.
The user interface is too good and simple to use. We can make folders as we need and can download the whole folder as well.
Being a free tool, there are no ads that irritate a user all the time.

Till now I haven't found anything which I can say I don't like. They should keep it free till specific storage. And if possible, they can enhance their User Interface to make it more attractive.
Another thing that can be improved is the upload speed of the doc with a low data connectivity so everyone can download with a low-speed network whenever is needed on an urgent basis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whatever doc I want always to be secured with me, I always keep in dropbox and no other app. It is easily accessible everywhere, and the mobile app is also too good with such a simple interface. The other most important aspect is that data is entirely secure, and you don't need to work. It is always available for you.

I surely recommend this tool. Once you use it, you will be in love with this tool.
Dropbox - nice to use
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility to the files I need whenever I need them. It's nice to have all the files in one place instead of carrying them on a USB. Also, no need for a laptop while accessing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, it is annoing to send a link instead of the actual file whenever you want to share a file with somebody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access in an instant all of my files, wherever I am in the whole world.

It is an excellent tool for anybody that needs to have all the files without using any other device but the "holy smartphone" that never misses from our pockets.

The biggest problem is being able to upload large files and photos. I think the best benefit is the ability to upload large files without having to break things up one at a time

If you are considering Dropbox, just sign up for it. It's very easy to use to upload files and pictures and large videos, as well as sharing with your friends and family. I definitely recommend this to anyone who asks about it.

It is extremely easy to share files on your local network, and there is also a web version that makes many things easier. It notifies you when someone has made changes to a shared document. In general, it is very intuitive and easy to use, but if you are a user who has never used repositories, better watch a quick tutorial on YT.

At first, I found it a bit difficult to understand how to connect to the local network and how to update the files.

Shared files for collaborative work, we have found the benefit of saving versions that are stored and that you can retrieve information in case of a mishap.

See a quick tutorial on TY if you've never used it so that everything is faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Highly recommended dropbox first its user friendly, you get options to use it on your phone as app, web version also an os based application for your laptop or pc. with few clicks you can create folders uploads ll your files music, photos, document and keep it safe. Also, you have options to secure the vault in dropbox to keep your files away from access from others. I have been using dropbox since 2011, and honestly, it getting better day by day. You can share create links from dropbox itself. You can use dropbox to work offline
What do you dislike about the product?
The Reason its bad is only the technical terms wherein due to the nature of dropbox, the security team dont have options to view the logs, and in case any data is breached, there is no option to know who accessed it . Another issue is there is a limited search functionality also sometimes price-wise, it might be costly for some users but yes, the dropbox should give corporate discounts or benefits like other cloud storage services wherein if you link your official email, you get extra storage for a year or so which is technically considered discount
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, dropbox solved a lot of issues for me I got a huge set of data which includes travel pics, music, research papers, my study material, and keeping all this info on a physical drive its not possible for me. With drop post uploading the data, i can access it everywhere online, offline while traveling or simply if i want to upload more, i can. Dropbox kept my life easier since 2011

What I like most about the features is provided them to the user while storing a large amount of data. The accessing speed of data is extremely speed. The upload and download it will make very easy way.

What I dislike about the cost of buying external cloud storage. It is costly compared to other companies. Another wise everything is good.

I solved my data loss issues . This has great cloud storage support so that we can access the data anywhere and anytime. Easy way to share the data between others.

My folders cannot be reorganized in Dropbox. Ascending or descending folders are arranged first.

With Dropbox, you can upload, store, and organize any document, file, or information. You were using Dropbox's feature of storing all information in a single location, and making it accessible to all saved us a lot of time and labor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ascertain that you have a copy of all papers if something happens during the uploading process and your files get lost. I was forgetful and needed to redo all my files and documents, increasing my workload.
Great for storing folders and team-sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Dropbox because I can sync from multiple devices and only download on my own device what I need to keep up to date (more sensitive files which I need to keep track of all their versions, but can choose not to sync large videos and images). I like that I can share certain files with only specific team members but not others and that I can keep personal private folders as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes the layout of Dropbox isn't the most attractive/user-friendly. Other drive products I use, such as OneDrive or Google Drive, have more user-friendly layouts; however, I have no complaints regarding its functionality and don't think that the layout is a significant issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Dropbox to share files while using it remotely and to store these files both when working remotely and in person. It has become even handier while working remotely since I can have teammates refer to a folder and everyone knows where to look and how to use Dropbox. It has made us work more efficiently! I also use it for storing teaching materials and communicating/editing files together with other members of the teaching staff.
