The easiest way to manage file and a great suite. One for all I love dropbox paper.
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to similar tools, it appears to have a faster sync speed. It's straightforward to use. It gives the possibility to access all the files from anywhere. I also find it helpful to have the paper tool in the suite. It has a clean interface, delightful for writing. The price is very competitive, at least for an entry level. I also found the customer service being proactive and easy to reach. I had some problem with the account and we were able to find a solution in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the features are maybe too basic. There aren't many tracking features, and even the app has really a few features. That's great if you are looking for something really straithforward, but it could a be a problem if you have more complex needs.
It would be nice to have a filter to identify which file is synced locally and which is not. It would also be helpful having a feature to track who clicked on the shared link and when. The plan are quite strict, and it's not easy to add more space if needed. Especially if you have a small team or work alone it could be difficult to find a good fit in terms of space, features and price.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible to have a smaller disk and faster to share content with anyone and everywhere. The integration with dropbox paper enables the possibility to have an all-in-one suite without having to jump from one platform to another.

Probably the most accessible tool on the market. If your needs are basic, it's a no-brainer choice.

Dropbox Business data accessibility, for a mass market solution, is incredibly fast.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Dropbox Business to meet our company's internal storage requirements, along with the storage needs of each of our customers. In total, we currently have about several mission-critical consumer data stored on Dropbox. Files are segmented by company for protection reasons, no doubt, as well as we utilize a security scheme for directory site structures in enhancement for Dropbox file encryption as well as security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like many other services, mobile accessibility could be better to mirror what we can do from a desktop computer Internet browser. But that day is coming, just as it is not just Dropbox Business, that is, with most mass market services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By the extent of the resources we have, we can't do anything like that less costly ourselves, nor can we buy it less expensive anywhere else, and get exactly the same degree of solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dropbox Business is much better suited for you or your consumers for group work or remote access. Where the value of Dropbox starts to wane is where the need for really complicated services is essential.

What do you like best about the product?
the convenience of moving my much need work-related files with me wherever I go for business meetings. it saves me the hassle of taking with me the hard drives or overload my laptop with lots of data and slow down the system. That's why I like this App the most. Another feature that attracted me initially was that i got some free storage by recommending friends. its new feature of file transfers is also very helpful and perhaps a much-needed update they have done recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some issues with the app when we as a team are working on the same file and it saves different versions of each edit which makes it hard for the administrator to manage so many versions of the same file. something can be done to fix this issue to make it more useful for the teams working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it as my storage box for all important work-related files on the move which includes my word files and even presentations for important meetings. wherever there is the facility of internet I prefer to use dropbox and avoid taking my own gadgets with me because it saves lots of hassle as well as worries and you can focus with peace of mind on your work.
Great inexpensive cloud-based storage solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to share and edit documents without needing to have them locally on your computer. It is a great way to share large files and photos as well across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPhone app is not great, you are unable to edit documents in the clouds or do anything with them except view them. This is a big weakness because other cloud-based documents solutions allow editing, but do not operate like a hard drive. So there are trade-offs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inability to share large files through email or across incompatible tech platforms. I use it often to be able to share with team members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very straightforward and easy to use. There is also no reason to move all people to the platform as it plays really well with others.
USB devices and external devices are something from the past, with Dropbox you can get everything
What do you like best about the product?
There have been several times where I work from a computer which is not mine, wether for work or study, I get some work done and I am not disposal to lose everything I've done at that point, that's why it helps so much.
I do not need my computer, or my phone I can work everywhere, everytime the only thing I need is an stable internet conection, for all the placer I frequently go, that's never a problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few problems related to saving my files, overall it is a great application, but sometimes for no reason, they just do not keep my progress, not an error message, not an indication about it. I would really love to have those problems resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving an efficient way to get all my work done, in an office, in my home, at college; it does not matter; I can go through and be more productive, one of my passions.
I have tested some other applications similar to this one, but they never exceed my expectations, I definitely think Dropbox have what it takes to have all in just one place.

Try not to use any other application; use this one. So many of them seem to be confusing, use this one, it has anything we need in order to improve our productivity and for the vast majority of cases not to waste time and energy.
Great for file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use dropbox; the ability to share files with others is great, and I like that I can click "share" and send an email to the person I want to deliver the file to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think overall, Google Drive is just as useful and even a little bit more user friendly at a better price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been espeically useful lately as remote work becomes more common and the need for digital sharing and collaboration spaces has increased. It's great for sharing document and video files, espeically when they are too big to send over email.
Perfect for all our file storage needs
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was our firm's solution to going paperless. We love the ability of all team members to use Dropbox and how easy it is to use as an admin. The cost is excellent for all you get. We have not had one issue and we have been using it for over 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only complaint is that sometimes we have a sync issue. It is easily fixed and most of the time it was our mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a financial firm, there is a lot of paper. We love Dropbox to solve our need to go paperless. Our entire team has access to all files at any time, and if there is a need to restrict certain groups or individuals, that is easy to do from the admin console. Two years ago, we hired a company to shred all our existing files and go completely paperless; we couldn't have done it without Dropbox.

If you are a small business looking for a great product for a great price, Dropbox is the product for you. A lot of value in this product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload files from my phone to dropbox. I like how easy it is to share files with other people, and this is also how I share files that have been purchased from my site (eBooks, etc).

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure there's anything I really dislike about. The only thing is I wish it was easier to upload multiple files at once from my phone to dropbox.

Great place to store your photos!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is reliable to use, easy to set up, and can be downloaded on multiple different types of electronics so all media can go with you where ever you go. Dropbox is compatible with windows, ios, mac,, and so much more,, which makes it useful for everyone! I think that drop box will become really great use within the college community as students have alot of documents, media and things on their electronics at all times and need more space on their devices. I would recommend dropbox to anyone over google photos just because google photos doesn't let you delete the photos that are saved in the cloud on your phone versus drop box does let you which is so much more conveintent than the other apps and softwares that can do the same thing. overall dropbox is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
IT has no visibility of dropbox, meaning they can't control or see anything that we upload to the cloud and have no way of really helping. This is an issue because if all files get lost, there is no way to recover them, and contacting ITS won't help since they have no control or visibility of what was uploaded to the cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to have much more storage on my apple watch, iphone, mac and so much more now that I have dropbox since I can delete multiple different types of media now that dropbox allows me to keep it in their cloud which is great because I always have a storage issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The file uploading process is too easy for me. User experience is better than others cloud software services. Also, file-sharing and folder synchronization is best. I like also the cross-browser UI and the performance. All of the features are the best. I can easily see a preview of my docs file (docs, excel, PowerPoint, pdf), media file (jpg, jpeg, png, any video format), also the text and other file types for Photoshop I can see a preview of PSD file type, for Adobe Illustrator I can see a preview of AI file type. Also its help me to get a carbon copy of any files without the media filetype for saving as PDF. It helps me to upload any documents to any marketplace of my PDF documents which is making using the dropbox "Save as PDF" feature. Also, I can see the revision of a DOCS using the "Version Control" feature. It helps me to find out the date of modifications of a file. I can connect apps to modify my media file also. Dropbox allows some of the apps like Canva (for creating beautiful graphics like logo, banner, poster, flyer, Facebook post, Facebook stories, Insta post & stories, etc.), Pixlr X (for creating professional-level images), WeVideo (for modifying and importing videos, audios, images), Trakto (for customizing docs, post and something doc types work). I also can easily open my file to Google Docs, Goole Sheets, Google Slides and can connect my dropbox with Office (by Microsoft), Zoom, Slack, Trello, G Suite, Autocad, Vimeo, Canvas, Zaiper, Adobe Acrobat DC, etc. I can find all of my important apps from the Dropbox official app center (https://www.dropbox.com/apps). I many times use the Dropbox features which are Transfer, Papper, HelloSign, Passwords, Capture.

Actually, I dislike the storage ability of the free account which is only 2GB. I prefer the 5 GB storage is best for basic I mean the free package. Because many cloud software company gives their customer to 5 GB storage which is definitely good for their customer's satisfaction and the marketing strategy. So they can easily divert their customers to buy other storage upgrade packages because when the customers uploading all of their important documents or files and folders they aren't or they are not happy to shift to other cloud software companies. That's why they use the current cloud software and maybe they can upgrade the other upper packages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ah, Dropbox helps me to sort out to store all of my important files and folder. It helps me to share my files with others and I can able to access my files from anywhere with any operating system from a different browser. Because its UI is so pretty and its responsiveness can show the content with cross-platform or cross-browser. The smartphone apps are very well for android or ios. Also the desktop apps best for automatically sync all of my important documents files or folders. That's why it helps to give me a hassle-free user experience for access my files or folder from anywhere or any device.
