The best tool to get quick work done with
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of people don't use Dropbox properly. You can actually customize Dropbox to sync with a folder on your computer and then cop Dropbox link to send people the file from that folder! This is a game-changer and it was something new for me. I love using this feature and it makes sharing easier, not to mention the 10gb of additional storage I get with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My client has mentioned that Dropbox links generally hangs her outlook. That's all I can think about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem being solved is the ability to share files and folders with anyone within or outside the organization seamlessly, without having to always worry about anything.

Premier Cloud Storage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is one of the earliest cloud storage software. I like the fact that it is very easy to use. One can easily navigate around it. What makes dropbox unique in my opinion and I believe in the opinion of mos friends and work colleagues is the fact that it is synced with so many other software so much so that you can easily transfer documents, photos, videos to and fro with ease. It is good for businesses and for education. Dropbox is the solution if you need to access your documents. photos and videos on any device that uses the internet and in any part of the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The advantages of using dropbox far outweigh the disadvantages. Storage size for free users should be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently not solving any problems with dropbox. I have realized a lot of benefits. Being able to save files, documents, pictures, and videos in dropbox and to be able to have access to my saved files on the phone, tablet, and laptop is amazing.

In terms of recommendation. On a scale of 1- 10 1 being definitely not and 10 being definitely yes). I will rate dropbox 10

What do you like best about the product?
Like most of the cloud files saving platforms, it is free for a specific capacity. For myself, I can use it for free with the size of 2G. I can keep my files which are primarily documents that do not require ample storage space, and I can easily access and update my documents anytime and anywhere I like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price to upgrade to larger storage space is slightly high considering the options I can choose. For example, I can have use google drive, which offers 15G storage space for free! If I want to upgrade to a bigger storage space of 2TB, the charges are $9.99 a month, which is quite expensive in my opinion. If the price can be lower, I think it will be more attractive to many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to share and update my documents whenever I like to. It also saves me the hassle of keeping a physical USB drive which is quite difficult for me to use it especially when I am using my tablet or iPad to do my jobs. So, by using Dropbox, as long as I have an internet connection, I can access my files easily. On top of that, it also helps me to synchronize my files after I connect to the internet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For others who want to use this software, please consider using other similar software or applications such as Google Drive, Onedrive, iCloud so that you can assess which software is worth the money.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very useful and a great cloud storage service that can easily be used to store different types of files in different folders. From dropbox, we can easily share files with other people by just sharing the link. We can also set access control while sending the link to the particular file. Dropbox provides both web app as well as a mobile app. Dropbox also provides the feature to protect confidential data by setting the password so that no other team member can access it. It provides a free version also with limited storage space. It also provides a drag and drops feature which saves a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox does not have 2-factor authentication which might make the platform more secure and safe.
Sometimes the upload of files takes more time than usual. The continuous synchronization also does not work properly sometimes. It synchronizes the same file twice. It must provide more integration with video conferencing apps like Zoom or Microsoft teams.

By using dropbox we are able to solve the problem of manually uploading the documents to cloud storage. By regular synchronization, the documents get uploaded automatically without any hassle and extra effort.

Dropbox is a very useful cloud storage provider with a lot of great features and functionalities. You should use it to save time and extra effort.

What do you like best about the product?
One can transfer the .heic file, which can be open from that app, as the file is not supported in android phones. You can also download the file to your personal computer and access it. It even allows opening files online through the application.

The User Interface of the software in the browser in cell phones as well as personal computer is complicated. By complicated, I mean not easy to use. Along with that, uploading files and downloading files is also tricky in the browser. The application is also not easy to use. The extra storage also charge more compare to other cloud storage sites. It also only provide little storage even during trial version.

Transferring photos from iPhone to Android without degrading the quality of the image or video. It can open a .heic file extension which can be opened by iOS, which is unsupported in android phones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Other than dropbox, you can use Google Drive or Mega. Those are better for file transferring and cloud storage than Dropbox because it charges much more than others for cloud storage. Other cloud storage is easy to use in browsers both on android phones and personal computers. Application for cell phones and personal computer is also not easy to use. It is only recommended when one needs to transfer in original quality or open images receiver from iPhone or clicked on iPhone and opening in android device.

The very important thing that they can resolve is the speed. It takes usually more time in uploading data provided internet speed is perfect. Rest everything is well in th applications. No dislikes as such

I am working in an investment firm where we are using the customer's data and hence we are storing on the cloud with the Dropbox. Sometimes, I face issues with the remote connection when syncing the data. Otherwise, I have no problems at all in accessing Dropbox. It is safe and secure.

I also like how you can do file requests. They make is much easier to collect files from various places.

The online interface is a bit confusing sometimes. I want to be able to easily create folders and it doesn't make that easy.
Seems like it takes too many clicks to download something as well but maybe they did that on purpose.
I also dislike how I have to manage the timing of sharing. I would love to be able to set a deadline on a shared file.

User Friendly File Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that for small users, they offer a no cost subscription. That allows users to grow into it as their needs expand. The ease of use is also a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not came across anything yet that I dislike in the version I currently utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easyliy share large files with my clients that are too large for normal email transmission. I also like the extra layer of file security it offers. My clients can access their own pages for their fiel content. Quick and easy file sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the convenience of using Dropbox for various types of files. Whether it is photos (all types), PDFs, Microsoft files (PPT, Word, etc.), they all can be saved and accessed either on the app through your mobile device or on your desktop computer. The ability to organize your files in multiple folders is a gamechanger.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems that the loading process could be improved a bit. Whenever I load new photos or documents, not only does it take a while to complete but it also requires your mobile phone app to stay on and opened which can be annoying.

I am able to save my photos to the Dropbox app directly from my phone and save space on my phone
