No better way to save and share files.
What do you like best about the product?
File sharing is the aspect of my Dropbox experience , which I cherish the most. Using a web link, I am allowed to conveniently share files with anyone, regardless of size or format. It doesn't matter if they are fellow Dropbox users like myself or non-Dropbox users.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I am completely satisfied with Dropbox. Not only does it provide me with a distinct file sharing experience, it is also secured and usable across devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has made my department more synchronized and productive, in terms of how we are able to organize team files securely and make it accessible for everybody, from their individual locations. I think the biggest benefit of Dropbox for me is the ability to share files with anyone, without necessarily giving them access to the entirety of my Dropbox account.

The one place to save important files, articles & books access from any device at convenience
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of saving from anywhere and accessing on any device later. While I get an important article during browsing or in email, but cant jump to read it; I save it in Dropbox. Later, I usually read it on my kindle fire. I simply save my important presentations in Dropbox after working on my desktop and easily access it in my other devices for presentation. Edits always get synched. The desktop app is icing on the cake. Just pick and drop your file there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know really what I don't like on Dropbox. I prefer it over my Google workspace Drive and window 365 Business One drive. There is enough space still available in my Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am operating on multiple devices. While I want my priority content in one place, I don't want to limit my access to just one device. Dropbox really helps me to solve this contrary preference.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to access and share all your content seamlessly, this is the platform. With the desktop app, it is super convenient to automatically update the content. It is very handy to add books while you browse on desktop or mobile. Later read it on tablet or kindle fire. The user experience is very good. Highly recommended.

High marks for Dropbox Professional offering a free tier, although 2GB of cloud storage space isn't much. However, you can certainly try out the service for free forever, which is something a lot of rivals won't allow. This can even be expanded somewhat through referrals of other people to Dropbox, with the understanding that you'll miss out on some of the more advanced features offered by the service, such as offline folder access when mobile.
The pricing plan for an individual is $19.99/£14.09 a month for 3TB of space- you can save a bit if you pay annually. There is also a 5TB of space for three users for $45/£31.72. For even more complex needs there is the Advanced plan with unlimited storage, tiered admin roles, and granular sharing permissions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox Professional isn't dislike able. Dropbox Professional is at the top at what it does. While it lacks the online office suite capabilities of Google Drive, and the tight iOS and macOS integration of iCloud, it excels when you need to sync files and folders between devices running different operating systems. In short, Dropbox Professional is just about the best in the business – and has been for a while, which is why OneDrive and iCloud have been playing catch up for too long.

With Dropbox installed on Windows or macOS, everything is then put into your designated Dropbox folder to get synced with the cloud. While this function is common currently as Windows and macOS can do this natively now after following Dropbox's lead, but realize that Dropbox was one of the initial apps to enable this. Despite new competitors, it remains one of the best in the business.
A limitation of DropBox is that you can't include network drives or external drives in your Dropbox. However, you can certainly select which files and folders are synced to which device, choosing to keep files only in the cloud which saves space on your hard drive. The mobile apps are top notch as well, which can back up photos and videos taken with your phone as needed.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
We can create two types of account into dropbox that are Professional and Business Standard, which increased storage space officially for customers, which allows to save and host the most important files. The Professional account holders of dropbox will get a 2, 000 GB (2 TB ) of storage and shared space, whereas the Business Standard teams account will get a 3, 000 GB (3 TB ) of storage and shared space, which help the business to simplify their task easily.
Dropbox is a great way to share files.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it very easy to share files. You can give people access or send them a specific file. Even before the pandemic, we needed a way to share and store files. After the pandemic, that need was even greater. Dropbox helps let us share files and documents while we are in the office or working remotely. It updates live so as soon as you add something other people who have access to that file will also be able to see and use it as soon as it has been uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has a limit on the space unless you upgrade. Other than that, Dropbox is great. It allows for simultaneous working so two or more people can be working on the same document at the same time, but sometimes this makes the program move slowly or not pick up and save all of the edits. It can also take a little longer to load sometimes which is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even before the pandemic, we needed a program that could store files and allow us to share them. After the pandemic, this need grew. We use Dropbox to share files and also to store files so that everyone in the company can have access to them. Dropbox has been very helpful with this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Dropbox is a very useful program. It is widely used which makes it easier to use with people who are not employees of our company. Each employee can have their own folders and then there can be some that are shared.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have been using DropBox for over 13 years and the benefits out weight the monthly cost. It keeps my files secure and accessible from any device.

File security is what I like the best about Dropbox. I have used Dropbox for at least five year as a personal file storage tool and in my workplace, and never in this time have I had anyone infringe on my saved file contents on Dropbox.
Asides the above, Dropbox makes it generally convenient to upload files into the cloud, arrange my saved files/ folders, and keep my shared files up to date.

Remote collaboration and work as a whole has become an important part of my job activity, and Dropbox simply makes remote collaborations a lot efficient by making it convenient to share files, access saved files from anywhere, and make edits in real time without difficulty.
Dropbox Review
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is like having a file explorer (Windows users) on the internet and makes it incredibly simple to organize and retrieve files from years ago. If you haven't used the site in years, it still stores your files, images, and any content type. I have been able to store information for entire websites without running out of space on the free tier, not considering that if you upgrade, you can get plenty of more storage. The ability to get content from anywhere you log in adds a layer of security to your documents that you will not lose them. Dropbox is continuing to add integrations to create better workflows for teams with better communication and better security. As mentioned before, there are many different plan options, including basic, family, business, etc. Files are backed up when uploaded to Dropbox automatically. Dropbox has improved its search feature capabilities and it is not all that difficult to locate files by search. Their interface is very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For businesses, it is essential to protect your passwords; otherwise, somebody may take your entire storage. I've read that some users have issues switching from one account to another in Dropbox, but that has never been an issue for me. I have not had the experience of managing a shared directory and permissions for different users, so I cannot input on that aspect. Dropbox is best used on the desktop, and mobile application use can be improved through better navigation and layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not solving problems with dropbox, other than having a 'cloud storage' solution to save my files on that I like the most. Dropbox has also given me the ability to share links that were too large to be shared otherwise when I needed to provide a link to a presentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This site will allow you to centrally store all of your important files outside of your local machine and continuously increase your storage limit by upgrading. This site has always helped me store important files for projects and get nostalgic by looking back on old photos.
Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that dropbox is the perfect companion to a modern workplace. It is really easy to see all my files and important images all together in one place for me to work on. I also love that my account is perfectly synced across whatever devices I use and is really easy to access from anywhere. Dropbox provides me with ample storage to store all my work in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue with Dropbox is that it is expensive. It would be better if the storage size was increased a little for the free users. Other than that, the software is absolutely amazing and I do not have any further complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most important problem that Dropbox helps me solve is that of being able to access my files from anywhere and also being able to share them with anyone from anywhere. I do not have to work on my personal computer all the time to have access to them. Dropbox has saved me a lot of times by helping me restore the important files that get deleted accidentally. I don't know what I would do without this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendation would be to definitely try this software out and even though it is a little expensive, using Dropbox only makes sense if you buy a business option. The free version is of no practical use. I would also recommend to spend a little time in setting up your account as it is a little time-consuming but then it gets easy to use.
Most comfortable, Secure and Affordable file sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I love it most because that is dropbox lives on your pc, in preference to the handiest in the cloud. Dropbox makes it easy to recognize how to use the software, sync specific folders to your laptop, carry out admin obligations, use paper, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The storage area is pretty limited. We use dropbox for lively garage, for files that we recognize are going to frequently alternate or need neighborhood get admission too fast. While I suppose it can seem a piece steeply priced, as soon as delivered into your workflow and commercial enterprise usage, you'll locate it fundamentally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The skills to share, cozy, save and manage to get right of entry to documents of every type are important for the normal workflow of maximum if not all agencies. It's brilliant! Dropbox has modified our workplace for the higher! A bit over a year ago, my boss came to me to search for cloud storage alternatives. I did a little research on storage area, price, protection, and so forth... Dropbox was my top preference proper away.
