Dropbox is more than a file storage platform.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox file sharing and file collaboration feature. Its integration with third party solutions such as Zoom, Slack and Okta makes collaboration and productivity a lot better.
Away from the above, I am also an huge fan of Dropbox paper . This very important aspect of Dropbox enable me and my colleagues to work together on the same document, allowing us to create, share and make important updates to team documentations from anywhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing displeasures me , when it comes to my Dropbox experience. My general experience with this cloud storage solution , has been very pleasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is making it convenient to store sensitive files in a central location, from where I can access my saved files from just about any device with an internet connection . Dropbox makes the very easy to share large sized files within seconds, regardless of the size

What do you like best about the product?
The mobile app is particularly easy to use and very useful for when I am traveling.
Its fast and secure when sharing and uploading files.
Also it has an excellent interface and is very intuitive.

I personally feel that the software is the one of the best I have no negativity about it.

Easy to operate and fast at sharing and uploading files.

Its nice to be able to check progress on live documents without having to text or email every update.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox Pro makes it so easy to say files in the cloud and access them and share them with others for collaboration. Especially love it for video sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike other than the price point, but I guess you get what you pay for so it's worth it to pay this amount every month for really good cloud file management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing big files in the cloud and dropbox makes it so much easier to do this collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

It is easy to setup and use. It is a very good medium of file transfer. File sharing is made easy.

It is quite expensive and since Dropbox is public cloud there are security concers while using it.

This is a very much accessible tool to store and backup data. I would recommend it to anyone.

Dropbox is a great storage program that keeps all your files stored in a secure place, and I love how you can retrieve your files from any device you have. You can also send a file to anyone from Dropbox. It is also very safe to store. Lastly, you can collaborate with others

Sometimes it's hard when others don't have Dropbox, and also, the organization is tricky at times.

It solves the problems of not having to worry about what device you are using and retrieving those files quickly.

On the cell phone, I need to keep it open to sync the photos. It would be good if it had this functionality in the background.

Access remote files during business trips, such as photos, reports, presentations, etc. Even during the period we worked from home, Dropbox was essential for the exchange of material among the team.

Due to the ease of integration through the smartphone app or even on the desktop, for file synchronization through the Windows window itself, it proved to be very efficient, with excellent cost-benefit.
It allows us to access our data from anywhere, as long as it is accessible to the Internet.

In fact, we've been using Dropbox Professional to change our existing web server storage for users. In fact, this has been a request for staff to use to make sure they no longer need to use physical drives where they can save their individual documents. This has been amazing as it allows our team to access your documents from anywhere.

The convenience of sharing and also of multiple users accessing the data, conflicts occurring, is the only real downside, and yet it has been very little. Like anything, there is always a requirement for eventual training.

Dropbox Professional for maintenance is being used by various divisions for their purposes. The main point is to have all files on a central web server organized from another location, as well as having unlimited space and getting vertical access to rights. This is the main reason why we use the product, as it has flexible and easy-to-use plans.

It is totally suitable for those companies that have people who travel regularly. Where there are people frequently going out to conferences across the country. Also, we have a lot of events outside the university, not being in our network, they sometimes need more independent access, and that really made them really able to do a lot.

Dropbox is a platform totally committed to the business information that we handle in the cloud, all content that is shared through the cloud can be compromised, however with Dropbox we feel safe to share important information with our work team since it has advanced encryption security features. Especially in our project collaboration, which is our daily task in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the software to have an option to prohibit certain users from deleting files from the cloud, since we have had problems with files that have been deleted from the device of employees who no longer work with us, I would like you to ask the main user if you authorize this change. It would save me a lot of hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is incredible for collaborative work, it makes it easy for us to work together on projects without being all in the same place, it is also safe and I can store information that I can see from any device where I am, and if I have lost my physical files, I just enter to Dropbox and in a matter of seconds I have the information I need.

I use dropbox for my company and I really enjoy it. My favorite part would be the option to set up a team dropbox. We have it setup with several differnet team members and we use it like you would a local server. I am very happy with it.

Honestly, I dont have any complaints with Dropbox. Any concerns I had in the past have since been fixed in an updated. Once again, I am very happy with Dropbox.

Using dropbox eliminates any possible storage corruption. We use it knowing we have a solid company with lots of backup solutions in place.
