I depend on Dropbox for file storage needs.
What do you like best about the product?
No other aspect of Dropbox impresses me more than its mobile application. This mobile workstation enable me get work done ,while moving from one point to another. I can access every saved Dropbox file, share my saved files with team mates and non-Dropbox users as well, and I can even take my saved files offline to edit Incase I lose access to my internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes struggle to differentiate between my personal folder and shared folder. This has a lot to do with Dropbpx interface not being adequately intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for a central , easy to access location for my files was perfectly solved by Dropbox. Optimized file sharing capability during team collaboration activity are major benefits I have gotten off Dropbox.

Multiple folders can be created to organize the documents and files efficiently.
It can be used by individuals, organizations and companies as a cloud storage tool.
Has a very user friendly, user interface and doesn't require tech knowledge to use it.

Its a fine product with great key features, I have no negativity about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps user store their important document and files on cloud in a secure and easy way.Moreover the stored files can be shared with other people.

Helpful Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can share files with coworkers and not worry about losing track of the most recent edit or large files eating up my storage space.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is how it can slow down the start-up of my computer since it runs in the backgroud. There's an easy fix to that though, just disable it on the start-up list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with multiple contributors to a project is much easier with Dropbox; we all have access from wherever we are and can make edits to the same doc without having to save multiple versions and merge them later on.
Dropbox is so easy to use!

Dropbox makes it easy to collaborate and share among coworkers, friends, and family.

It would be great if two people could work on it at the same time like google docs. Currently if two peope work at the same time you get two versions.

What do you like best about the product?
We can use Dropbox desktop apps it is available for every operating system and as mobile apps for every mobile devices like example like iPhone,iPad and Blackberry etc.
We can access all our files where and when you need them at any place and at any time just we need is a account in Dropbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are strict file size limits, as well as, in free version we won’t able to upload files larger than 100MB. Paying users have no such limit, save for a maximum of 50GB when a file is uploaded directly through the website.
Dropbox’s organizational structure is not particularly revolutionary. Sure, it’s fully functional, but it doesn’t offer the flexibility and easy navigation seen in newer products like Air.
It’s more of a traditional file and folder structure that you’d see on your computer’s operating system.

It provides us virtual storage so we not need of worrying about physical storage
If we want we can extend our storage limet
Easily able to login in any devises and it have high security so that third person unable to login in our account
I will provide a better backup of documents which we by mistake delete those.
I use Dropbox to save my important files that I don't want to carry those in my hands ,so it provides better solution to svae a soft copy

Well mostly it serves the purpose whatever i require it for but there are few things which i didn't or can be improved, Price can be reduced a little bit, If we compare with other products its a bit expensive.

My space increases as I share the link to the folders and more users sign up, this action seems great to me for having account increase options without having to make payments.

Space is sometimes not enough, the solution in some cases is to buy more cloud space, which often is not a possibility.

I have no negativity about DropBox I like everything it offers.

Another super cool features is that it version history tool is super helpful for offices like mine using templates.
Also I can edit a document, save it and then let my team members know it's done,they can review it without having to attach the document to an email.
