OKTA safe
What do you like best about the product?
Single sign on, for the web and cloud, its safe and works fast and good.
What do you dislike about the product?
the setup was not straight forward and it needs attention from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single Sign on. Being able to allow user to use one password for many of the popular websites and cloud offerings has saved time and money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is really a good tool. I wouldn't have used it if our parent company did not use it however now that we do its a great tool to have.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to see all of our tools and apps in one place and be auto-logged in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Maybe just nicer graphics. I haven't really explored all the features yet but I do hope to be trained on them soon. Everything I need for right now though as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency and time saving of navigating between apps. Sreamlined logins saves a lot of time, also good for new hires to be quickly onboarded onto several apps at once and see right away what tools you have available to you.

It's great!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is in the background and you don't even have to think about it because it works so well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing that I do not like. I don't even have to think about it - it just works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplicity w/ SSO - do not have to reset passwords for a wide array of applications. This obviously cuts down on support expenses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From a user experience standpoint it is great - I don't even think about it and it automatically gets me into all necessary applications.

Okta was easy to use and worked well overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it did not recognize my password and made me sign up multiple times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single sign on, security, IT efficiencies.

Easy to use solution, sometimes, it takes a few times to recognize you as an user/accept your password.

Single sign on of course! Easy to save passwords and you only have to log into one place

sometimes you have to enter the password multiple times

Not having to remember 20 different passwords

Make sure you enter all passwords in correctly the first time to maximize the benefits of this tool
Single sign on that gels very well with Microsoft AD and is very secure and reliable.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, simple, Plays well with SAML, Microsoft AD, LDAP and Oracle Identity and access management. Secure with easy to use Interface. Updated regularly and supports wide variety of enterprise apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
No machining learning or AI stuff. Relies only on mobile phone for two factor authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprise level single sign on for Business laptops, mobiles and BYOD's
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's good, It's simple has most features that the competition has. and probably most things you would probably require.

Easy to use and makes logging on seamless.

Not much to dislike, it works as it should!

Making it easier to sign into various software platforms.

Being able to get to everything I need from one secure place

I will be told that there are new modules added but once I login, they aren't there, but this could also be the fault of the program of the module itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A secure platform for all of our business tools and programs.
Easy to sign in and secure
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's an easy multi factor authentication to use where I can have a notification on my phone that pops up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to get back in if you lose your phone or something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in software so it's important that I have security while also having ease of access to many different accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has been easy to use on both desktops and mobile devices.
Okta makes it easy to log into multiple apps quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to log into one account, and with a click access my other apps without entering a bunch of passwords and usernames.
What do you dislike about the product?
No matter how many time you click "remember me" Okta literally never, not once, will. You'll still need to enter your credentials every time. It's a running joke in my office that okta just wants to see how many of us will keep clicking a button we know doesn't do anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are as mentioned above, quickly accessing my applications, saving me time.
