Finally a software to consolidate your passwords
What do you like best about the product?
I used to use a spreadsheet to keep all my passwords, the use of Okta has saved me so much time from opening a password sheet, updating passwords as well as tracking it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems Okta's sites are controlled by the company but as every department has their own software that they use, it would be nice to get some of the ones that we use in our department added by ourselves without administrators to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Passwords storage and management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Okta would streamline a lot of processes for individuals using multiple software to do their tasks daily.

Easy to use. Does what it should
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is an easy product and works like it should. It’s straifhtforward to access and use the two factor authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing I dislike about it at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single sign on and security for our different applications.

What do you like best about the product?
If employees are not tech savvy, Okta allows for ease of use
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit trivial, but a 16 character password is required for our company. Not sure if that's internally required or an Okta requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A secure hub to access all of our business software
Securing Your Sign-Ins
What do you like best about the product?
I use Okta Single Sign On to help protect my social media accounts and assure I won't be hacked by outside parties. Okta makes it so that only a verified user can sign on. My accounts are protected by more than just a password thanks to Okta SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can take some time to load. I'm so used to being able to just fill in a password and login to an account. Okta requires more codes and wait time since it has multiple layers of protection, but sometimes it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My online accounts are more secure. When you work with high profile clients, the last thing you want is for an unwanted visitor to be able to take over the account. Okta SSO makes myself and my clients feel more protected and safe when it comes to securing their accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sometimes, a password just isn't enough. Okta Single Sign On helps to add another layer of security. You can sleep peacefully knowing your accounts are secure. Especially helpful if you have large impact accounts that you don't want anyone breaking into.
Makes signing on convenient from anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses at least a dozen different apps, and it’s nice to be able to log into all of them with the press of a button. It saves so much time and energy when you don’t have to come up with and use dozens of different passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Verify app often makes me verify every time I open a new webpage. If I close my email and reopen, verify. If I’m using google docs and open google sheets, verify. I wish it had more of a memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Telecommuting makes signing on to things extra difficult, so having the Okta Verify app to log into everything within our company’s database makes things much easier.

I can see all of the softwares that are associated with my company all in one application.

I don’t have anything that I dislike about this software

I realized different products we use for our enployees

I like that I am able to view all of my employers softwares in one app

Nothing about it that I dislike, everything is pretty easy

I realized we had a charity that we could donate to or be apart of
Effective SSO made even more secure!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a SSO service for all of the different technologies used on a daily basis in my role. Okta Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication makes it all the more secure!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not dislike anything. The rollout was tricky for existing users, as we have different workplace locations. Otherwise, it has been extremely effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved for the constant "I forgot my password" concerns. Having Okta has made it easy for even the least technologically-inclined people to access all of their accounts with no trouble.
Great SSO experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get into all my work applications instantly from any computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much battery the app drains from my mobile phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having access to Salesforce, Hubspot, Gainsight at anytime with a click of a button enables me to give informed responses to my customers whether im working remotely or in the offie.
Not having to remember any passwords has saved a lot of time spent with IT and let's me get on with my job as soon as I start the day.

its easy to search the different apps you have connected and there is a browser plugin

when you log in it doesn't take you to the apps page
