OKTA enables great SSO experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface and ability to log in to multiple apps without worrying about remembering credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind in terms of dislikes or limitations. It does exactly what it is designed to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Okta is awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Okta makes my life way easier. I can easily access all of my accounts with a click
What do you dislike about the product?
some times I have to retype in my password.. but its very rare

So Easy to work from home with this!
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is honestly so cool. I have everything I need connected to Okta so I can have it at my finger tips when needed. Its so easy to answer emails for work, or do a school assignment now that I have everything all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isnt anything I don't like about it. Maybe it could ask me to stop saving the passwords after I've already done so, but thats about it.

This helps me answer emails easier

The ability to securely access my desired application was helpful to meet business needs, but also made it super easy for me to gain access to what I needed access to so I could get my work done faster!
What do you dislike about the product?
The name was little odd so when I heard a co-worker say it in his native language I assumed it was a language barrier — nope, just a unique name!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business is able to feel comfortable with the level of security Okta has implemented and technology becomes a tool for getting the work done, instead of a distraction or a hurdle.

Sometimes you get booted off and need to use your phone to log in again.

What do you like best about the product?
Too often, single sign-on solutions are burdensome for end users, as is a requirement for multi-factor authentication. Okta has made this seamless; log in anywhere and get an immediate push notification to your smartphone or, even better, your Apple Watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rollout has been slow—or at least, slower than I would have anticipated. A number of our SaaS solutions are compatible with Okta out of the box; others require more work. That said, Okta is becoming the clear leader, so this will become easier over time as more integrations are provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provisioning and de-provisioning users in a single place, enabling single sign-on with multi-factor authentication across a wide variety of SaaS applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Switch applications to enforce authentication via Okta one by one, starting with the one application no user in your organization can live without—since this will ensure that everyone is registered.

Nothing i like using it works great and is great for us employees

Well it has all apps thatlead to a service for work like for example if i want to check my paystub i would click the oracle app to get there and so on. Down side is it sometimes has a slow response time but nit much

We are saving our help desk from endless tickets for signing into website.
Never forget your many passwords again
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use okta online or using the mobile app. I never have to forget my login formation, anywhere I go! You can even login directly from okta to the site you need access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I really enjoy using it. Never forget my passwords now.

Saving passwords and SSO
Very easy to use- quick sign on
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is linked with my networking password for a quick sign on experience. The home page is intuitive and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more linked apps at my company.
