Convenient way to keep all passwords at the same place.
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient tool to keep all passwords at the same place. Okta verify app would send a notification on phone as a 2 way verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit uncomfortable to keep all the password at the same location. If my okta account is compromised, hacker would have access to all my accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All company logins are stored in okta. No manual password entering needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very useful tool for everyone who has many login user names and passwords.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I only have to remember one password to access all of the applications I use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some applications can only be accessed in one type of web browser, which can be inconvenient at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating employees having to remember multiple passwords for various applications they use on a daily basis, therefore minimizing the requests coming into the IT department needing help with accessing certain applications.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product will save your employees time each day, as it allows them access to all of their applications in one place with only one password. It will also allow your IT team to focus on other larger issues instead of helping employees reset their passwords for all of the different applications they may use.
Helpful tool that increases my effectiveness
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Okta is always running in the background and asks to save a newly generated password. It allows me to work quickly through my multiple applications and avoids the need to remember every password I've created. It also prevents me from getting locked out of an application for entering too many incorrect passwords in a row.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up Okta window is fairly large and takes up a lot of screen space which sometimes I need to see on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowed me to work faster and more efficiently. It also reduces my companies need for an IT resource to reset passwords when someone has invalidated theirs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend it- seemless product and easy to use for all levels of employees.

I was able to have access to all of my resources such as email and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can not think of anything that I dislike about Okta. It is great.

I don't have to remember my sign on for all of the different systems that I have to use on a daily basis. Streamlines so many processes

I would recommend using Okta for any company that has multiple systems with different login information.

I don't like the interface very much, it doesn't rank the most frequently used first

It allows all members or the organization to see which apps are available to them

It's a great jumping off point but it lacks basic UX functionality and organization that could make it a great resource.

What do you like best about the product?
Okta is amazing for single sign on. Allowing you to utilize one password through a verified central place. I also like Okta mobile
What do you dislike about the product?
Generally works great, just don’t -wish it organized gaps for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile access and having all our core applications available in one place for faster access without remembering multiple passwords.
Broad and Consistent deployment of Applications
What do you like best about the product?
Okta consolidates all the applications that a company wants put onto one access platform. In a broad sense, it allows for deployment of any integratable application as a further step past AD or LDAP. Being cloud based it makes supporting a global workforce easier since deployment of the same applications to all users is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you do have to login twice to different apps and if you are outside the office or not logged into VPN, multi-factor sign-on is required. While this is a borderline dislike, it is needed in the security minded world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is done as a secure environment for logins to multiple applications for access anywhere at any time. This allows for all employees useage of the same applications without having to source themselves. Integration with IT Services enables quick updates and access to new applications as requested and authorized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford it, it is worthwhile to easily deploy applications to the entire workforce without the need for IT to install on individual platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
All of my employee information is all in one spot! Extremely easy to use and protective.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have no issues with Okta, seems very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta provides, pay statements as well as a professional profile for business. Such as my own Vera Bradley Okta email. I am able to find more opportunities within the Okta software.

Okta offers great security protocol to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite inconvenient at times, but that inconvenience ensures the security of your customers' information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that only selected people using registered devices gets the job done.

I would great to have both security and convenience at the same time.
Okta Is Fantastic – I feel a sense of security I hadn't in the past
What do you like best about the product?
When using Okta, there's a peace of mind in the product. I know when signing in how secure it is, and I love how easy it makes it both on my phone and on my watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. Sometimes, I'll be honest, the two FA can be tiresome if I'm trying to do something quick, but that's not an Okta issue – that's a me issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whole company can protect our most sensitive apps.
