What do you like best about the product?
Not remembering passwords and single sign on. One click and you’re done!

Nothing it’s a great program . I haven’t had a single issue

Okta single sign-on, a simple solution
What do you like best about the product?
Okta has provided me with the ability to access secure sites that I log into regularly without having to store my password in the web browser. It also is easily extensible to many different sites so it's not a 1 trick pony.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue is the inability to delete sites that I no longer use. I may be able to request the admin to delete them but that's a pain I don't want to go through either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using highly secure (not easy to remember) passwords for all my sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product works as advertised and I've never had any problems with it.

I like that I do not have to log in to each and every application without having to put in my login credentials.

Sometimes google chrome does not trust the site

Makes the workplace easier because okta helps log into applications without having to type in your credentials. Everything is already saved

What do you like best about the product?
All apps in one, easy to see and access, eliminate the need to memorize passwords for each apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's the app problem or problem from IT side, sometimes app is there but still not able to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All apps in one place, don't have to memorize what different passwords or need to search for programs to use.
It is best tool to have as Multi-Factor Authentication.
What do you like best about the product?
Okta as a Multi-Factor Authentication creates a additional layer of security to your login id. It has best way to authenticate you through your hand held device. You could provide random generated code through app or could sign in with single touch by sending push to your registered device. You could remove and re-register new device in simple way by following some of steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found in app that random generated codes are not online generated code, if your device is not connected with internet then also your generated no will authenticate you and allow to log-in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Okta as our Multi-Factor Authentication to keep our sign-in secure. It allow us to keep safe our id from phishing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend to use this tool as MFA to keep secure sign-in within organization.

There are many features to be enjoyed, however the security features are excellent for being in the healthcare industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be clumsy on poor wireless connections, however it does not prevent work to be completed.

Okta is a world leader in indentity management with a focus for large volume. As a smaller company managing 1 application for customers and a dozen internal applications Okta is a ideal technical solution. The focus of Okta on large volumes means that we pay a lot per user .

No dislike all love. I like this product. Mobile app does not as good as web app

What do you like best about the product?
The single sign on experience provided by Okta is helpful through the web portal - it manages and consolidates all of my online platforms and websites and their passwords in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use Okta verify app in conjunction with signing into the VPN through Cisco Any Connect. The push verification doesn't often work. I actually switched to SMS verification instead because of this.

OKTA is the best SSO company ever they integrate with everyone and make the process so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is amazing they have the best support staff

SSO and secure login and enroll into multiple program with OKTA they make it easy to enroll staff and to have one place with all apps everyone uses
