Wonderful experience
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and find everything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven’t had anything I disliked while using okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve used okta to log in to work. Right now I’m using the hour tracker to fix an occurrence that was accidentally sent through with the company I am with.

Definitely give okta a try!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, log in quickly, all necessary applications seem to be supported

Nothing yet, perhaps more application integration in the future, increased security

Extremely easy to start the day with Okta as a portal and reach any interface I would like without logging in.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like this system because thanks to this platform, I can provide my clients with security and comfort in my products and services because thanks to all the information I have in it, it can be found in the cloud allowing me to access from any place, after a brief authentication, without lowering the security levels that Okta offers me.
On the other hand, it allows me to create and customize modules for our employees and without having to give access to certain functions and eliminate their access without having to introduce a different user which has been great, because it saves us a lot of time.
In addition, this system has easily adapted to many of our needs as a company and allows us to integrate it with other applications, which has made it a versatile system and when requesting to save new passwords I avoid blocking some programs by entering numerous erroneous passwords.
On the other hand, it allows me to create and customize modules for our employees and without having to give access to certain functions and eliminate their access without having to introduce a different user which has been great, because it saves us a lot of time.

Actually, there is nothing that I do not like about this system, because it has been very efficient in our company and we have not had problems using it.

Thanks to Okta the employees of our company have saved a lot of time, because before this excellent system, they took the time to request the department in charge of the help to enter a series of applications.
Okra has allowed the company to be more efficient, because now it can perform different tasks quickly and with it our staff works in a more comfortable way, decreasing stress levels, creating a great work environment for everyone.
This system has safeguarded important information about the company with a solid security, in addition it has managed to work on a large scale, increasing the performance and ensuring the growth of the company.

Integrate Software for a Streamlined Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Okta is that it easily displays all of the apps that your employees have access to. Additionally, admins have the option to restrict the access to applications, which helps to ensure that your employees only have access to the most relevant software. Logging in to Okta using google authenticator is a very quick and painless process, and also ensures that accounts remain secure at all times.

I have absolutely no complaints with Okta and have only positive experiences with its interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta allows my company to consolidate all of its software into one simple location. No longer do you have to go searching through your cluttered computer to find that application you use every so often. Okta is extremely user-friendly and provides a security verification to protect its users from unwanted intrusion. Okta is the very first webpage I open every morning, and allows me to quickly start my day in an organized manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all of my applications and software I need to get my job done is on one platform. No need to memorize multiple passwords and having to navigate from site to site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that several of the apps I need, need to have plug ins which is sometimes time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the pain of memorizing multiple passwords and having to navigate from one site to another to complete my day to day tasks. Saves me time on mundane tasks and get right to business.

Okta has been really helpfull to our organization as it helps to maintain single signon across all applications with MFA enabled. And we dont have to maintain separate logins.

There is nothing that I didnt like about okta. Has been a pretty good experience so far.

Its a great feature that every organization is migrating to today. helps us in maintaining single login and dont have to remember multiple passwords

Very robust way of verifying my identity and has never once failed to authenticate on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times a little slow but may be depending on the internet connection speeds at my end.

I honestly cannot think of any downsides other than the app does not work on my phone. I use okta by going through Google chrome.

I am able to access nearly everything I need for work on my own through my company's partnership with okta. In the past I was not able to do simple things such as travel and direct deposit on my own.

The product is easy to set up and use. Itremembers yourpasswords for you apps such as gmail, zoom, salesfoce and JIRA, we use in in our entire organization,.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SMS funtion doesnt always send to our cell phones. I set up multiple MFA's to alleviate this problem for me but it does happen to other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product has increased the security of our users data and the company data as well.. It has lessened the chance for any unauthorized user from infitrating our company data

This product allows you to add and remove employees from all of your apps at once.

What do you like best about the product?
We do not need to keep remember multiple id and password. You can add your aloud services to Okta portal and could open from there by providing single okta id and password. It supports Multi Factor Authentication as well by entering generated password through Okta verify app that creates second level authentication and make your id more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you didn't set your account with security question or with your mobile no for text and forget your password it is tough to reset password by yourself. It does not provide any other self authentication like DOB or others. In such case you need to contact your admin only.

We use Okta as Single Sign On and as Multi Factor Authentication to make our id secure and login easy.

I would recommend to others to use Okta to make their password management easy and to keep their log in secure.
