Okta makes me feel more secure
What do you like best about the product?
Makes single sign on seamless. It was really easy to get used to as a first time user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only time I’ve ever had an issue with Okta is when a platform requires more than two fields (more than just username and password) to login, my company hasn’t been able to figure out how to get Okta to handle the additional required info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company’s data feels more secure now that everyone is required to use Okta

Extremely secure identity manager
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to use Okta in multiple devices. Extremely fast, trustworthy and secure product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about OKTA. Everyone in the company uses it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT is now available to manage all the access the employees around the world use.

Easily and Securely Login to All My Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Makes the login process of accessing different softwares at work much easier. I don't have to worry about remembering passwords and I don't have to waste time logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. This product works perfectly and saves me so much time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time logging in and logging in securely. Okta allows me to log-in with a single click to the softwares I use often. This saves me time and also allows me to not have to remember a million passwords.

Use Okta to simplify managing all of the softwares your workplace uses.
Okta Allows Me Quick Access To All My Apps
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Okta is to use. I just log on, and then I have access to all the websites and apps that my company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Okta will reject a password or make me create a new one for no apparent reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly log onto my websites and apps without even having to open Okta! It automatically saves passwords and logs you on.
Okta has been very useful for SSO purposes.

Okta has been great because it has made it easier for me to sign in to all of our various systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit of a nuisance to verify every time that I log in.

Okta has simply made it easier for me to log in and get to work.

This serves its purpose without doing anything other than this intention. Simple to start up and use on a continuous basis

Sometimes the 30 seconds runs out before I have time to type it all, and it’s inconvenient to wait

Solving the need for simple 2 factor authentication
As if it weren't even there!
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is so easy to use, I often forget it's even there, which is the way password systems are supposed to be. Its single sign on in the background enables me to log into our systems without having to manually type in a password with every log in.
What do you dislike about the product?
While good, it still requires me to do 2 factor authentication. I wish they added on their roadmap to use geolocation, so that if they knew my phone was close by to my computer, it'd automatically log me in

Try this out; it's an industry leader for a reason. Highly recommended.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is super easy to use and has a great interface. It is nice and clean. I am able to log in securely every time and I don't have any issues when I am using Okta. I have been using Okta for almost 2 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is not anything I do not like on Okta's system. I use Okta as a Single Sign On and have not had any issues using it. I also use Okta Verify through my cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta is making sure our employees log in to a secure network and nothing is compromised.
Love/hate Relationship with Okta
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is helpful at solving Single Sign On issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our employees struggle with signing into Okta and cannot log in with their password. We would have to go into the system and update or restart their Okta profile. If they cannot sign into Okta with the password, they cannot sign anywhere else their same GM Email Address and Password. That delays productivity time until an admin resolves the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It finally helped us with our transition to Single Sign on and Password management. Historically at GM, it was up to you to remember your username and password to certain sites/software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to be more User Friendly. There are resources for Admins, but there are not that many resources for Users on navigating through Okta.
