Save time in overhead with SSO
What do you like best about the product?
Single sign on, conditional access, so easy to setup. Many more apps are added to the app catalog daily
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems every different feature requires a different license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Company merged, it was easier to have users remember one password, and we can control what they see
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ease to setup, support both presales and post sales is excellent. Very easy to add applications. Integrates with so many apps, more added daily.

User Identity management System
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is an identity managed service. This is being used in an organization to allow the user to access the different applications with Okta access management systems.
This works with the unique ID management system and sends the login notification to register mobile to verify the authentication to give access. Now it send the login notification for users from where users are trying to login it.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's very painful for the user to change the registered mobile and rest the forgot password if somehow someone forgot his security code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using this to access all the organizations to login with the single sign-on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am very satisfied with its service and recommended to other please go with this.
Makes login easy
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to access all of my applications through one single sign-on is easy to use for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints! Everything works as expected. Perhaps the product design is a little outdated but it is still functional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped me organize all of my logins and safely access the tools I need no matter where I am.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend using Okta if data privacy and SSO is important to your business.
Easy To Use - Easy To Update
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to keep all the programs we use at work organized. I especially love how my password can be saved - of I can decide not to store that information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit outdated looking - very basic and does not really grab my attention too much...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue I have with keeping all the relevant programs organized - and the password saving option has certainly saved me countless times!

Very easy to use and customize! Requesting new applications is very easy and fast.
Okta removes friction in my work
What do you like best about the product?
Okta streamlines the process of accessing most of the tools I use regularly at work and makes me more likely to use them due to the friction-less login process
What do you dislike about the product?
I get annoyed when I get prompted to save my password on Okta on sites that don't have Okta SSO
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta has solved SSO for my organization and has made accessing tools much easier without sharing credentials.
Makes signing on a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
So much easier than having to keep track of multiple passwords multiple signs and accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
When it malfunctions it tends to lock you out of everything but it’s extremely rare

It’s by far the easiest and most secure single sign on

The ability to easily implement sites / applications for authentication has been a major time saver for Staff and IT Administration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta has set up several products as their directory master, however in today's CLOUD Drive world, they still have not allowed Azure AD to be a directory Master???
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For an SMB which has been doubling year over year, the ability to quickly implement and consolidate IAM for staff while reducing and centralizing authentication has been a major time saver for Staff and IT Administration.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Review the list of applications that you want to access and then consider if you want to automate provisioning. If yes then look at which options are available based on the app in the list of Currently supported apps.
Okta is reliable and makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having a single sign in experience, and not having to re enter my password multiple times. It’s also nice to have all the apps in one place, which I can very easily access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to re enter my password, which defeats the purpose of okta. Sometimes, I also can’t access okta apps on my phone, which makes it difficult to work on the goal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s easy to sign in, streamlining processes and reducing the time required. Instead of having 10 passwords, I just have one password and one login. As a result, I have saved a ton of time at work, making life more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s pretty good. Today, we use so many apps, and having just one sign on saves all the hassle of remembering multiple logins and passwords. I haven’t had to reset my password in a while which always happens when I have a lot of accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it sometimes lets me sign in quicker across sites
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can’t login if on a flight with only one internet source due to the two-factor verification

Being able to see all of my tools in one place
Reliable SSO
What do you like best about the product?
On the user side, the okta rollout has been very smooth and while predictably there is an amount of upfront effort for users, once you have everything set properly it just works. The Chrome extension works great as well. I use it in conjunction with 1password and can't believe I ever used to type in my own passwords all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand sso is about security (amongst other factors), but I do feel it wants me to change my password more frequently than necessary. This may however be a setting set by our own admin - not sure this should be directed at okta.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure and reliable SSO for business apps. Makes everything easy to access - sign in once and you're all set.
