Get's the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I can access the majority of the tools I use at work through this tool. It's nice not having to memorize all my user names and passwords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't seem as if the "remember me for x hours" button works. I'll log into a tool using Okta, but when I go to use another tool, it'll as me to verify through my phone again. This is a little tedious since I have to constantly keep reaching for my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta allows me to securely log into all my tools without having to worry if someone is accessing my work.

Okta! The only solution
What do you like best about the product?
Single login for all applications be it Slack, Office, Outlook, Confluence etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website design lacks customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Okta has revolutionize how I access various programs and web application by having everything at the same place with a single login to access it all. No longer will I need to remember which email or password I used since its all seamless and automatic. This includes programs such as Slack, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Confluence, Zoom and more.
Remember a question, not the password
What do you like best about the product?
It's a safe way yo manage identity logins centrally
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very easy to remember what to use to login.. an Id, a password.. sometimes was asked the security question (spelling a question written 2 months before is not very easy to get right)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security issues
OKTA is great!
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is easy to use, while still being very secure. Some security services are cumbersome and slow you down when trying to access your info. Okta is user friendly on the computer, and on the mobile app. I also like that we are able to access reporting, and other pages through Okta, and not just email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can take some getting used to. It took me some time to get to know the phone app and online page. Once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization uses Okta to secure sign ins on mobile and on computers. This is mostly used to secure information and prevent data leaks, while still allowing us to access our work information from home or on our phones. I find it to be the perfect balance of security and convenience.

Its worth the time to get used to it!

Okta is not as integrated into my company's main website and as a result the design language is not congruent

The main benefit of Okta is being able to access all needed applications centrally

SSO
Such a fluid experience!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use from my phone or my computer and I only have to have ONE password for all of my companies applications. As an added bonus, if I need to access a company application and don't know the best way to navigate there, I can just log into Okta and get there from the SSO page!
What do you dislike about the product?
My iPhone home button broke once and it made logging into Okta much harder because I couldn't use my finger print.... I had to hook it up to my Apple watch, so I'm not sure what someone without an apple watch would do!

Easy of sign on; company centralization; protecting data
Helpful application for workspaces that require multiple programs
What do you like best about the product?
My workplace requires multiple programs. Okta allows you to add multiple applications so you can bookmark them for easy access.
What do you dislike about the product?
The log in process and adding of applications was difficult to do on my own and I needed IT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OKTA allows remote users access to the network and all needed programs.
A necessary tool in the modern workplace
What do you like best about the product?
It does it's core competency well; saving all of my passwords in one place and giving me the ability to log in quickly and with very few steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It struggles with certain sites, it can involve a little bit of trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have dozens of passwords to remember, which is completely prohibitive and inefficient. Okta keeps me secure without sacrificing my time and energy.
Integrate various platforms on one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Okta is a good platform to have every sub platforms the company is using on one page. It is super easy to search and for guidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Okta is sending too many emails every time I logged in even it's the same device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct to all the platforms available inside the company and search for all kinds of company resources.
