Okta saves you from password recovery attempts
What do you like best about the product?
It only takes a few clicks to start using the software I need to use at work. The push/two-factor authentication feature adds a layer of security that passwords don't seem to make the cut for anymore. I like seeing all my most-used apps on one dashboard, and being able to categorize them in tabs by use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about, really. Maybe make the UI more modern-looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Forgetting a specific password for a specific login can be frustrating and time consuming. With Okta it only takes one password to access all your apps/software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great for large organizations (500+ employees) and definitely worth the investment if it means minimizing the time it takes recalling a couple of passwords/being logged out from an account that you need to use immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a main "go to place" for all our apps and users. Also , the end user dashboard is friendly to users
The admin interface is super nice built and easy to use in locating your settings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Searching groups with Wildcard not functional. We can search people and apps with whatever name, but for groups you need to type letter by letter. We have reported this but there is no ETA on when it's going to be fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made our life easier on giving out apps and access to users and removing the access at the same time super fast and easy
As a lot of the users are not very tech savvy , using Okta is a simple way for them to use all the apps.

Build first you requirements and your goals , and if you need help ping the professional services and the support team. Never be afraid to ask for help, instead of breaking things

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up documents to be signed or to house in-house documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the random features that you will probably never use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One benefit is you can always go back and review documentation.
Excellent tool for companies using multiple softwares and need security

I like that Okta allows me to access all my software logins without keeping track of passwords

The only thing I can think of about Okta that isn't ideal is that sometimes I need to get through it multiple times while I am at home but I understand it is for security so it really isn't a negative

It is easy to access and can be checked via SMS or software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The operation of a low RAM machine is really slowed down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general, it has been an excellent experience, because it helps you to either send an SMS or a code using your registered telephone number that works for you at present. It also ensures that anyone else accesses and maintains good security to the company information.

If you're concerned about your company's data and you want to ensure that it can only be accessed by staff, sign the contract.

Nothing at all that I can think of, actually!

It has made logging into all of the apps I use daily and makes my work flow more efficient!
Okta is great, very good 2fa SAAS system.

It just works, reliable and very little down time.

Okta provides so many integrations with various apps making it easier to administer individual saas applications

Although it has the most, it still doesn't have compatibility with every single app out there.

Sometimes get hanged outside office co work space. But got it fixed after 2nd time

Keep a hold of all the tool inside this okta and no need to remembee other tool name link user id or passwors. Okta remembers everything which is available inside this.

Useful for those who doesnt want to remeber all id and password. Single point sign in and access all tools inside this
