What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the tool is to use and who it gives us quick insights to core problems wherever they occur. It helps our developers see their code performing in real time and it gives them spot on analyses where errors and bottlenecks are found.
New Relic agent also collects a lot of insightful data from customers usage of frontend web and app services. With the easy to create Dashboards we are sharing a lot of customer usage data with the business units.
The custom events ability gives us also good value. We send in relevant business data so we can analyze business processes and see them in a larger perspective.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't that much to dislike actually. It's a pricy product indeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic solves MTTR (Mean time to resolution) when issues occur. Customers experience shorter downtimes and fewer errors in our services. We went from an app score of 2 to 4.2 in 9 months after we started using New Relic and rolled out agents on all our apps.
When issues occur we get quick and precise alerts to the right people. Few false positives when rules are set up right.

Great insights, at a cost!
What do you like best about the product?
Very in depth metrics, traces & monitoring. Helpful when debugging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs rise exponentially with large scale applications. New Relic recently changed their pricing structure resulting in our bill tripling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When debugging a slow part of the application or tracing down a niche bug

The ability to track issues and relate them to all pieces of my estate plus deployments

It takes a while to get used to the navigation of the site.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with AWS, as well as javascript and PHP apps. Provides lots of detailed information about the operation of apps and cloud services.
What do you dislike about the product?
By default ships a lot of data. Initially difficult to separate the signal from the noise. They have a good online university and support program to help reduce the scope of telemetery.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surfacing anomaly alerts in application operations, and providing distributed tracing across microservices architectures.
New Relic helps drastically decrease troubleshooting time!!
What do you like best about the product?
The amazing amount of insight it provides about our servers. We are able to view logs, infrastructure data, IP info, and also monitor key endpoints!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slightly cost-prohibitive when needing to have many admin users with a lot of access in a larger company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic is helping us monitor our sites, number one... limiting down time, and proactively preventing down time by helping us monitor logs and help review issues that happened and prevent from happening again, and see issues before they arise with key infrastructure monitoring such as CPU/Memory/Disk Space, etc..

Easy access to your huge amount of operational data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Expensive tool that takes some time configuring. License overview a bit difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to observe all components we run in the cloud and always be able to dig into very specific issues. New alRelic is a great tool in that regard.

New Relic shines in it's ease of integration, data collection and presentation, and it's slick dark theme!

What do you dislike about the product?
Main downside is only the cost really. For smaller companies is can be hard to justify but it is worth it if you can get the confidence in your services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic is helping us diagnose bottlenecks in our API response times. We have improved our responses massively and since then our users have seen incredible improvements and quality of our service.

I like K2 Security plateform because of its easy to use feature and customization support it lends.

Overall its amazing so nothing much to dislike here.

K2 offers signature-less runtime web application, minimum false alerts and application workload protection.
