What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Kaleido is the team behind the product. Every single person I connected with at Kaleido treated clients as the top priority, treated your project as the most important on their roadmap and were dedicated to your success. They were all knowledgeable in their own area of expertise.
Additionally the ease of implementation and integration prior to our launch as well as the number of third party integrations and features at our disposal was the clear winner for us to work with Kaleido over any other blockchain business solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - even though Kaleido didn't yet have the exact solution we needed to launch, they built it for us within a matter of weeks. They are the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kaleido solved multiple issues for us - they provide a blockchain cloud solution that includes an asset platform as well as support across multiple blockchain including private, side and public chains. We need the flexiblity to move assets across multiple chains, both private and public, and Kaleido's architechture was built with the ease of integration and the support of future growth. Additionally, Kaleido's integration with wallet and key management options, oracle networks and and cloud services solved major pain points for us as we were building across both web2 and web3.

Kaleido is the quickstart to any Web3 Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The documentation, the Github repositories, and the video content to walk you through on how to build and use Kaleido/Firefly technology to build anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for Kaleido can be difficult to forecast as you grow and scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to simply startup BaaS as if it was as easy as opening up Microsoft Word and Excel. Being able to create the infrastructure as a service quickly allows us to build use cases and dApps incredibly quick.

Ease of use, sophistication, most advanced platform, and secure. Plug-and-play services and 500+ APIs have made it easy to build out digital transformation solutions. Kaleido's features and capabilities demonstrate deep enterprise expertise. Kaleido's team is best-in-class and includes renowned leaders in blockchain, multi-party compute, privacy, B2B collaboration, business process management, and digital assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at all – Kaleido is great to use and their support team is amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital transformation projects for confidential private and public sector clients. These are multi-party B2B enterprise collaboration networks that need governance, private document exchange, messaging and API gateways, event streams, digital assets, advanced key management options, and easy onboarding of new members to scale and grow. Kaleido’s platform and services have made it very easy to build, run and operate these enterprise networks with cross-cloud, multi-region and hybrid deployment options. Kaleido also has built in high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and ISO27K and SOC2 certifications which are very important to our commercial and government clients.

What do you like best about the product?
We want to focus on development so letting Kaleido run the "node devops department" saves our customers time and letting us focus. Through simple setup and configuration we still have the control we need as developers.
Also having tools and information about how customers can connect and manage their nodes will greatly save us time.

Maybe one can get to reliant on their cloud infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time used setting up and maintaing nodes.
So much easier to test an aspect of the network you are able to run. Wonder how Besu private tx works, setup a node with some clicks and test it out. Wondering how Raft works in Quorum, setup a node and test it out. They really simplified this process.

What do you like best about the product?
In a very short period of time, Kaleido has established itself as one of the most innovative blockchain as a service(BaaS) platforms in the market. The simplicity and richness of protocols and a sophisticated toolet, make Kaleido the best cloud experience for blockchain developers today.

Kaleido is a very complete solutions. Maybe supporting non-Ethereum blockchains could be nice.

Occasional glitch such as making a specific web3 API call from React, worked fine in Node.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm building a decentralized strategy monitoring framework. Kaleido's private chain with public tethering, app-to-app messaging and event capture make a great platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Zero Token is something to look at, seriously. Great Integration with other Services.

Hyperledger Fabric Integration or other DLTs.

Not to worry about my blockchain based backend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an ethereum based cloud solution is a must.
Probably the most fuss-free way to build an Ethereum-based Private Blockchain Network
What do you like best about the product?
I was building a handful of prototypes for businesses testing several Blockchain ideas. Through the process of building these prototypes, we have had to test various ideas and in the process, work with Blockchain tools like Chainlink and IPFS. Kaleido was totally hasslefree. We setup and tore down nodes, added and removed new participants to the consortium and various other operations in a few clicks. This would have taken up a large part of our time if we have had to do it the conventional way which is to multiple instances of Geth.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a work in progress, there were some web3/solidity functions such as watching for events that didn't quite work as expected in Kaleido. Once in a while, a Geth update on Kaleido breaks our codes. But all in, Kaleido saved us tremendous amount of time. It manages our Blockchain infrastructure, freeing up the time for our very small team to build our app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved a tremendous amount of time. Of all the things I have had to do when we build Blockchain prototypes, the most painful one must have been Geth syncing!

What do you like best about the product?
Kaleido's full line of offerings allowed us to outsource our blockchain infrastructure. Their support has been amazing. Major kudos to Nick Gaski of Kaleido for his assistance. Once we realized the functionality of the Kaledio Business Cloud our internal work load was significantly reduced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. As always, I am always concerned about support but that became a non-issue due to quality of support and responsiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a full stack blockchain-as-a-service solution to provide the foundtation for our healthcare data interoperability project, Probably saved us 3 months of time as well as a considerable amount of money on the the project

What do you like best about the product?
Kaleido has built an ecosystem of services that enables to seamlessly cherry-pick and integrate the best available solutions on the market that are needed to create a blockchain system satisfying enterprise-grade requirements. This makes it possible to decrease the time and effort spent to deploy such networks in full flexibility.

We have not encountered any issues worthy of mention. We're very happy with Kaleido on a tech and business perspective
