Service is Outstanding
Seriously outstanding service guys. Appreciated the fact that Jeremy took time on his weekend to get us up and going in a few minutes. Top shelf.

Nice product and great support!
Setup process was easy and worked as described. Product actually offers far more functionalities than advertised (admin page for database, admin page for debian) so after initial setup you don't have to use SSH and console any more. I suggest reading through their webpage to see all the functionalities you are getting.
Static files can be stored on AWS S3 and mails can be routed through AWS SES which is great. You can't configure AWS RDS as a database solution (AFAIK) but 2GB of space on suggested instance should be enough for mattermost.
Backups work as a charm (unlimited number stored on your account's S3 (automatically created), size per backup cca. 10MB). I suggest setting up backups from console because turnkey hub is not that intuitive for AWS MP customers (staff is great though and they promised they will change hub so it takes AWS MP customers into consideration).
AWS policy suggested for setting up backups can be narrowed down if you are only using Mattermost.
