Pre-Requirements for Application Usage:
Log-In federation: SSO compatibility with SAML or OpenID To use our application, it is essential to have a Single Sign-On (SSO) system in place that is compatible with either SAML or OpenID. SSO streamlines the authentication process for your users, allowing them to access the application with their existing credentials, eliminating the need for separate login credentials.
User basic information retrieval: User data API Integration with an API (Cognito, MSGraph etc.) to enable proactive user list synchronization for our application. By doing so, our application can automatically and continuously synchronize user data, ensuring that the user list remains up to date and accurate.

Calendar Integration: Outlook or Google Calendars with Read-Write Access:
If you wish to integrate calendar functionality into our application, it is necessary to have either Outlook or Google calendars available, along with granting read-write access to these calendars. By integrating with Outlook or Google calendars, users gain real-time access to the availability status of meeting rooms. This enables them to check the schedules of various meeting spaces, ensuring efficient and conflict-free room bookings. Users can quickly identify which meeting rooms are available at specific times, and create booking from our application.
