Procedure of a user experience crowd test:

1. Project preparation: A dedicated msg.passbrains project manager defines the scope of your crowd test together with you. This includes in particular your goals, the time schedule and the composition of your target group. With your input, we develop a guideline that contains all the necessary information for the participants.
2. Project setup: We recruit suitable participants for a tailored panel. We also set up analysis modules according to your requirements, and your access to the project.
3. Project implementation: The participants get access to your product or service and start testing. With the developed guideline we can ensure that the focus of the test is on the required aspects. After the participants have tested your product or service, they complete the questionnaire and submit the results to us. During the entire phase, we take over all operational tasks, especially communication and support of the crowd, as well as control and monitoring of the activities and results. You can track the participants activities in real time.
4. Project completion: We aggregate and validate all results for you. You receive a comprehensive final report that summarises the results compactly and with recommendations of improvements. At last, we take care of the participants payment.
