An AWS Migration Workshop is designed to provide an organization with guidance and best practices for migrating their IT infrastructure, applications, and data to AWS.
Below is a sample agenda for the workshop:
Overview of AWS: An introduction to the AWS platform, its services, and the benefits of migrating to AWS
Migration Strategy: Identifying the best migration approach for your organization, such as lift and shift, re-platforming, or refactoring
Migration Readiness Assessment: Evaluating the organization's current IT infrastructure, applications, and data to determine their readiness for migration
Security and Compliance: An overview of AWS security and compliance offerings, and how to ensure that your organization's migration meets industry and regulatory requirements
AWS Migration Services: An overview of AWS services that can be used for migration, such as AWS Database Migration Service, and AWS Server Migration Service
Cost Optimization: Strategies for minimizing costs during migration, and how to use AWS cost optimization tools and services to achieve cost savings
Migration Execution: Best practices for executing a migration, including setting up a landing zone, migrating data, and deploying applications
Post-Migration: Post-migration activities such as testing, monitoring, and optimizing your migrated applications and infrastructure
The above agenda is for sample purposes only. During the actual workshop we may elect to only cover a subset of these topics based on your specific needs in order to maximize the allocated 2 hours.
At the conclusion of the Workshop, we will provide qualified customers a customized Statement of Work with an AWS Pricing Calculator for projected infrastructure costs as well as estimates for available AWS Funding Programs to offset the cost of working with an AWS Partner.

This service provides a 2 hour workshop exploring AWS Migration patterns. For custom implementation work, a separate Statement of Work will be provided covering the scope of the engagement.
