SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Direct contact customer support with <4 hour response during working hours of 9am to 6pm GMT.
Ongoing support from our Head of Policy and the product team. This will deliver monthly reviews for the first six months, moving to quarterly once you are happy the system is delivering on your needs.
