Our Conga certified experts will extend the functionality of your Conga solution, help you take advantage of new product features / functionality and provide reliable assistance for maintenance and enhancement activities. Access to the Conga Assist team will accelerate your success and maximize your ROI.

    Services included but not limited to the following:

    Maintenance & Support Activities

    • Upgrade guidance, assistance and installation
    • Updates to Product, Pricing, Agreement, Template, eSign or Workflow
    • Data Migration and Deployments

    Enhancement Requests

    • Configuration of new Conga Products or Features
    • Addition of new Product, Pricing, Agreement, Template, eSign or workflow

    • User, role, profile creation and maintenance
