Usage instructions
Once the instance is running, enter the public DNS provided by Amazon into your browser (http://<instance ip address/osticket>). You will enter the register interface of osticket. This AMI is based on Ubuntu. To connect to the operating system, use SSH and the username 'ubuntu'.
