3X-INSIGHTS™ for NGS Analysis and Visualization

3X-INSIGHTS™ is a total solution that can be used in various fields including genome, transcriptome, and microbiome. We provide the large-scale data management, analysis, and visualization functions desired by biotechnology researchers, allowing them to easily utilize bioinformatics data in a web-based environment.

3X-INSIGHTS™ is a comprehensive platform consisting of MICROBIOME INSIGHT™, HUMAN INSIGHT™, CANCER INSIGHT™, and EXPRESSION INSIGHT™ and has been verified through joint research with national research institutes. It combines next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies with advanced bioinformatics analysis pipelines and data visualization tools. This platform enables the simultaneous analysis of multiple omics datasets in an easy-to-use graphical user interface(GUI), allowing researchers and clinicians to gain a holistic view of biological systems for better understanding.

3X-INSIGHTS™ consists of four packages:

1) MICROBIOME INSIGHT™ is a package that allows you to analyze NGS-based 16S rRNA amplicon data in a one-stop process via simple upload to comprehensive analysis by utilizing the latest public databases integration, advanced analysis from QIIME2 tool, and supports visualization from various tools. It also works as multi-functional such as project/data management, analysis pipeline modification, and reporting function.

2) HUMAN INSIGHT™ is a package that provides features to identify high quality genetic mutations (SNP and InDel) from human genome raw data (WGS, WES), also extended to analysis of somatic mutation, CNV and SV. Furthermore, it easily visualizes disease and drug information related to mutations. By linking with a bioinformatics database, various annotation results can be checked together, helping researchers save time and effort.

3) CANCER INSIGHT™ is a package that visually provides various analysis results by linking clinical information of cancer patients with 7 types of omics information, including proteome, genetic mutation, and transcriptome, etc. It supports researchers to discover biomarkers through precise analysis by gathering together the numerous data they have.

4) EXPRESSION INSIGHT™ is a package that provides advanced downstream DEG analysis from NGS-based transcriptome data, also supports various visualization results such as volcano plot, MA plot, scatter plot, and pathway analysis (Gene Ontology, GO) in real time.

EFS (optional): services which requires large genome references will require EFS storage and this storage will be mounted when the instance is generated.

S3 (optional): services which requires large genome references will require S3 storage and this storage will be mounted when the instance is generated.

Route 53: sub-domains with A-type record will be generated and pointed to the IP issued to the instance.
