Conga/Apttus CPQ is highly configurable and allow us to adapt the s/w to their unique product offerings and sales process. Conga provides Product documentations, they are avialble on Conga customer portals, we like the available user manuals to gain knowledge on the products and Conga university allows us to acquire knowledge on the products , trainings and cretication programs are availble to get trained on their products . Our sales process has been improved with the enhanced proposal management. Conga has good customer Support and developer resoures to assist us to implement our business requirements. Our Sales team frequently use CPQ components on daily basis to place orders.
Conga CPQ is highly configurable and allow us to adapt the S/w to their unique product offerings and slaes process. We like the conga customer portal where we can access user manuals to gain knowledge on the products.
