Pricing and entitlements for this product are managed outside of AWS Marketplace through an external billing relationship between you and the vendor. You activate the product by supplying an existing license purchased outside of AWS Marketplace, while AWS provides the infrastructure required to launch the product. Subscriptions have no end date and may be cancelled any time. However, the cancellation won't affect the status of an active license if it was purchased outside of AWS Marketplace.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the amount of data we can gather. From desktops to storage latency we can find it. The API integration into PowerBI (or other JSON reporting tool) is super useful for quick updates of reports for management.
Each update brings new and great dashboards and reports.

What do you dislike about the product?

Since there is so much data, it can take a while to pull everything you need. Make sure you change your logoff timeout so your query has time to finish.
Certain data sets could use a more granular time scale.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Performance data gathering of VDI desktops, user login times, host performance, and sessions latency.
